This research was conducted with the aim of achieving a metaverse labor cycle model in the Iranian Football Federation. The exploratory strategy was based on a qualitative research approach and a grounded theory method, and the Glazer approach was used to design the model. The statistical population was experts in the subject and university professors who were selected purposefully. Twenty people were interviewed using in-depth and semi-structured interviews. In the 20th sample, the data reached theoretical saturation. In examining face and content validity, the acceptability, transferability, and confirmability methods were used. The test-retest reliability of the interviews was 84 percent. Data analysis was performed in three stages: open, axial, and selective coding. To formulate the cycle, the available data was summarized and analyzed, and finally a 12-step cycle was drawn. In order to maximize the use of metaverse functions with minimal loss and damage, in the first step, the government organization must be justified and ambiguities and concerns about its use must be resolved, and in the twelfth step, when the technology has reached its maturity stage, awareness and up-to-date knowledge related to it must be continuously provided. In order for this cycle to function effectively in our country's Football Federation, the steps must be applied sequentially and correctly. This cycle was attempted to be a roadmap for the Football Federation to utilize metaverse technology. It is hoped that this cycle will be a roadmap for our country's Football Federation to utilize this technology.
