چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطۀ بین چابکی سازمانی و کارآفرینی سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران از نظر کارشناسان حوزۀ معاونت­های شش‌گانۀوزارت ورزش و جوانان می­باشد. مؤلفه‌های چابکی سازمانی از نظر موسسۀ ای ‌اتی کرنی(2002) شامل رهبری، تغییر سازمانی، مدیریت عملکرد، ارزش و فرهنگ، خدمت به مشتری و فناوری و مؤلفه های کارآفرینی سازمانی از نظر استیونسون شامل: فلسفۀ پاداش، تعهد به منابع، ساختار مدیریت، کنترل منابع، تعهد به فرصت و گرایش استراتژیک می­باشد. جامعۀ آماری شامل تمام کارشناسان معاونت­های شش‌گانۀ وزارت ورزش و جوانان در سال 1392 بود که تعداد آن‌ها حدود 340 نفر بود.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین چابکی سازمانی و کارآفرینی سازمانی، درجۀ بالایی از رابطه وجود دارد و همچنین، تأثیر انکار‌ناپذیر فناوری در چابک‌شدن سازمان و کارآفرینی در عرصۀ ورزش کشور تأیید شد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between organizational agility and organizational entrepreneurship in Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran from the view of its top managers. A.T Kearney institution believes that organizational agility indexes include leadership, culture and values, customer service, E-government, organizational change and performance management while from the view of Stevenson organizational entrepreneurship indexes include Strategic Orientation, Commitment to Opportunity, Resource Commitment Process, Concept of Control over Resources, Management Structure, Compensation Policy. Population includes all of the top managers at six deputies in Ministry of Sport and Youth in 2013 comprising of 340 people. Finally, it is confirmed that E-government has an incredible effect on agility in organization and entrepreneurship in sport of our country.
