چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین ابعاد یادگیری و چابکی سازمانی در پژوهشگاه تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی می‌باشد. روش این پژوهش از نوع هم‌بستگی بود و جامعۀ آماری آن را کلیۀ کارکنان پژوهشگاه تربیت‌بدنی در سال 1392 تشکیل دادند. به‌علت محدود‌بودن جامعه، نمونۀ آماری به‌صورت تمام‌شمار در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که خرده‌ مقیاس تعهد مدیریت برای یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت منابع انسانی برای چابکی سازمانی،بیشترین میانگین را نسبت به دیگر مؤلفه­های متغیر مورد‌نظر به‌دست آورده‌اند. همچنین، یادگیری سازمانی رابطۀ معناداری با چابکی سازمانی دارد. با توجه به وجود رابطۀ هم‌خطی بین متغیرها و فرض استقلال خطاها از یکدیگر، متغیرهای پیش­بین (قابلیت­های یادگیری سازمانی)، 58% از تغییر در میزان چابکی سازمانی را تبیین می­نمایند. در‌مجموع، با عنایت به یافته­های پژوهش پیشنهاد می­شود مسئولان و سیاست­گذاران پژوهشگاه تربیت‌بدنی توجه خاصی به عامل یادگیری کارکنان و ارائۀ شیوه­های نو و خلاق برای اصلاح ساختار و عملکرد سازمان در جهت نیل به یک سازمان چابک داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning dimensions and organizational agility in Sport Science Research Institute. Research method was the type of correlation and the statistical population included of all employment of the Sport Science Research Institute in the year 1392. Due to the limited population, the statistical sample was considered as a whole. Research results indicated that the commitment management subscale for organizational learning and human resource management for organizational agility acquired the highest average in comparison with the other variables dimensions. Also, there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational learning and organizational agility. According to the linear relationship among variables and the assumption of errors independence from each other, predictor variables (organizational learning capabilities) revealed 58% changes in the rate of organizational agility. Totally, according to the findings of this research, it is recommended that the Officials and policymakers Sport Science Research Institute to pay special attention to the staff learning and provide creative and innovative ways to improve the structure and functioning of the organization In order to achieve have an agile organization.
