Customer experience is a critical factor in the success of sports clubs, significantly influencing customer retention and loyalty. This study aimed to develop a comprehensive model to enhance customer experience in sports clubs in Isfahan City. Using a three-round Delphi method, data were collected from 20 experts in sports management and customer services. The structured, online data collection process employed content validity indices (CVI) to ensure the validity of the proposed model.The findings identified 13 key dimensions influencing customer experience in sports clubs: advertising, human factors, social factors, support services, environmental factors, service delivery processes, customer-related factors, past experiences, physical factors, marketing strategies, service characteristics, branding, and perceived quality. These dimensions were further divided into 77 sub-dimensions, which collectively formed the basis of a comprehensive model. The results highlighted the pivotal roles of targeted advertising, professional staff interaction, efficient support services, and improvements in the physical and environmental infrastructure of clubs in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study concludes that an integrated approach addressing all aspects of customer experience can create sustainable satisfaction and strengthen the competitive position of sports clubs. The proposed model offers practical guidance for sports club managers to identify weaknesses and implement effective improvements. The study's limitations include its focus on Isfahan City and reliance on expert opinions rather than empirical customer data. Future studies are recommended to test this model in other regions and incorporate diverse datasets to further refine its applicability.
