چکیده

امروزه، استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات برای کلیۀ سازمانها ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. از‌طرفی، استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات با موانع و چالش‌هایی همراه است؛ لذا، به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی موانع سازمانی و فنی کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های ورزشی ایران، نظرات 71 نفر از کارشناسان و مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی از طریق پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه¬های محقق¬ساخته جمع¬آوری شد. روایی (صوری، محتوایی)پرسشنامه توسط متخصصانتأیید و پایایی آنها به خاطر نرخ ناسازگاری پرسشنامه¬ها که کمتر از (1/0) بود، تایید گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد موانع سازمانی، اهمیت بیشتری از سایر موانع دارد. همچنین، مانع برنامه‌ریزی در بین موانع سازمانی، و مشکلات سختافزاری در میان گزینههای موانع فنی، اولویت اول را به‌خود اختصاص داده‌اند. در‌مجموع، در میان موانع سازمانی و موانع فنی، مانع برنامه‌ریزی بیشترین اهمیت را دارد. با توجه به یافته¬های پژوهش می-توان گفت مانع سازمانی، از مهم‌ترین موانع پیش‌ روی کاربرد فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان‌های ورزشی ایران است؛ لذا، تدوین و توسعۀ برنامه‌های مناسب جهت رفع این مانع، ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Today, information technology is indispensable for all organizations; on the other hand, the use of information technology is associated with barriers and challenges so   In order to prioritize organizational and technical barriers to use of the information technology in sport organizations, 71 comments from experts and managers of sports organizations were collected by self-questioners of technical and Organizational barriers to the use of information technology in sports organizations. Validity (face & content) has been proved by experts and its reliability as due to the inconsistency ratio of questionnaires which is less than (0.1) can be proved. For data analysis, AHP method and Expert Choice 11 software were used. Based on findings, organizational barriers with the final weight (0/450) are more important than other barriers also among the organizational barriers, planning barrier with the final weight of (0372) and among the technical barriers, Hardware Problems with final weight (481/0) were important priority. Overall, among the organizational barriers and technical barriers, planning barrier with the final weight of (0/195) had important priority.  According to Research findings can be said an organizational barrier is the most important barriers to the use of information technology in the organization of sports.  So the design and development of appropriate programs to overcome this barrier is an essential.
