چکیده

پدیدۀ معنویت در محیط کار، از‌جمله موضوعات مطرح‌شده در زمینۀ علوم رفتاری کارکنان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ‌پیش­بینی اثربخشی سازمانی بر‌اساس معنویت در کار کارکنان می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان خراسانبزرگ  بود (‌440 نفر). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون هم‌زمان نشان داد که معنویت در کار، نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای در پیش‌بینی اثربخشی سازمانی دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام نشان داد که از بین مؤلفه­های معنویت درکار، دو سطح فردیو سازمانی به‌طور ترکیبی 56% از واریانس اثر‌بخشی را تبیین می‌کنند که از این مقدار، سهم سطح سازمانی 55‌% و سطح فردی 1‌% می­باشد. توجه به بعد معنوی کارکنان در ادارات ورزش و جوانان، از مسائل مهمی می‌باشد که می‌تواند افزایش اثربخشی را به‌دنبال داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Spirituality at work is one of the issues discuss about of behavioral sciences of personnel. The aim of current study is determining the relationship between spirituality at work and organizational effectiveness. The population included at the personnel worked at Sport and Youth offices of Khorasan provinces (440 cases). Data analysis was accomplished by descriptive and deductive statistics. The results of the regression analysis showed that spirituality at work plays a decisive role in the prediction of organizational effectiveness. The results of the Stepwise regression analysis showed that Among the Components of spirituality at work, only two factors, organizational and individual can explain 56% of the effectiveness variance with each other. Respectively each contribution is 55 and 1 percent. Considering the spiritual Dimension of personnel in sport and youth organizations are of important factors that can lead to increase the effectiveness.
