چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی بر مبنای بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در تربیت بدنی و ورزش ج.ا. ایران با رویکرد عدالت و مبارزه با فساد است.پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف بنیادی و از نظر استراتژی کیفی می باشد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش مصاحبه با خبرگان و روش اسنادی استفاده گردید. برای تحلیل داده های تحقیق از روش تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته شد؛ شامل مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، روش تحلیل محتوا و بررسی28پژوهش(داخلی و خارجی) و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با19 نفر خبره و صاحب‌نظر در حوزه مدیریت ورزشی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه خبرگان مرتبط با مدیریت ورزشی شامل مدیریت کلان ورزشی و سیاسی کشور، اساتید و اعضا هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها رشته مدیریت ورزشی می باشند. روش نمونه‌گیری غیر تصادفی از نوع هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شد. مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد در این روش بر اساس دیدگاه آترید استرلینگ(2001) از ابزار تحلیل شبکه مضامین استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد عوامل موثر بر سرفصل های بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب در بعد عدالت و مبارزه با فساد ورزش کشور در چهار حیطه (فسادستیزی، حقوق ورزشی، ترویج عدالت در ورزش، عدالت جنسیتی) با 86 کدباز می باشد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده پیشنهاد می گردد با حذف مدیران ورزشی فاسد و فاسق و جایگزین کردن مدیران دست پاک، کارآفرین، خلاق و انقلابی توسط کمیته ملی المپیک، وزارت ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون های ورزشی در جهت تحقق شعار ورزش قوی ایران قوی عمل شود.

چکیده [English]

The current research is qualitative in terms of fundamental purpose and strategy. To collect data, interviews with experts and documentary methods were used. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the research data; It included library studies, content analysis method and review of 28 studies (domestic and foreign) and semi-structured interviews with 19 experts and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of all experts related to sports management includes sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. A non-random sampling method was chosen from a targeted and accessible type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The theme analysis method was used to analyze the data. In this method, based on Atrid Sterling's (2001) perspective, the theme network analysis tool was used. The results showed that the factors affecting the headlines of the statement of the second step of the revolution in the dimension of justice and fighting against corruption in the country's sports are in four areas (anti-corruption, sports rights, promotion of justice in sports, gender justice) with 86 coders. According to the obtained results, it is suggested that the National Olympic Committee, the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the sports federations act strongly by removing the corrupt and depraved sports managers and replacing them with clean, entrepreneurial, creative and revolutionary managers in order to realize the motto of Iran's strong sport. to be
