چکیده

غالباً، سازمان‌ها، مدیران و کارکنان فقط در مواردی که دچار مشکل می‌شوند تمایل به پاسخگویی دارند، این امر بر مشکلات سازمان به ویژه سازمان‌های ورزشی بیش از پیش افزوده است، بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش درک پیامدهای پاسخگویی مدیران در سازمان-های ورزشی با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد است. روش این پژوهش کیفی از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد است و رهیافت موردنظر رویکرد نظام‌مند اشتراوس و کوربین بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در تحقیق را صاحب‌نظران علمی و اجرایی ورزش کشور تشکیل می‌دادند که از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و مبتنی بر اشباع نظری با 12 نفر از آن‌ها مصاحبه عمیق انجام شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از سه فرایند همپوش کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری گزینشی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها تحت تأثیر شرایط علی، زمینه‌‌ساز و مداخله‌گر پاسخگویی از دو جنبه اداری و غیراداری قابل پیگیری است. همچنین در تقابل با این وضعیت راهبردهای سطح کلان و سطح خرد درنظر گرفته می‌شود که نتیجه آن در قالب شفاف‌سازی و رفع ابهام، بهبود عملکرد، افزایش ضریب اعتماد، اقناع‌سازی، ممانعت از سوء استفاده و اتلاف منابع، افزایش همدلی، توانمندسازی مدیران و اثربخشی اقدمات پدیدار می‌شود.

Often, organizations, managers and employees tend to be accountable only in cases where they have problems, this has added to the problems of the organization, especially sports organizations, so the purpose of this study is to understand the consequences of managers' accountability in Sports organizations use grounded theory. The method of this qualitative research is the data theory of the foundation and the approach was the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin. The participants in the research were scientific and executive experts of sports in the country, and 12 of them were interviewed in depth through snowball sampling method based on theoretical saturation. Three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used to analyze the data. Findings can be followed under the influence of causal, contextual and interventionist conditions of accountability from both administrative and non-administrative aspects. In contrast, macro-level and micro-level strategies are considered, which result in transparency and ambiguity, performance improvement, increased trust, persuasion, prevention of misuse and waste of resources, increased empathy. , Empowering managers and the effectiveness of actions emerge.
