چکیده

هدف اصلی تحقیق ارائه مدل سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی باشگا‌های فوتبال ایران بود. این تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد انجام شد. مطلعان کلیدی تحقیق شامل 19 نفر از افراد مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق بودند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه و با نمونه گیری هدفمند جمع‌آوری و بر مبنای رهیافت نظام‌مند طی سه مرحله کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. ابعاد مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علّی (ساختار‌ اقتصادی باشگاه، پیش‌بینی‌های اقتصادی، اصلاحات اقتصادی ارزیابی و نظارت، شفاف سازی مالی، کفایت سرمایه)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (شرایط اقتصادی محیطی، ارزش تجاری باشگاه، ‌‌سیاست‌های تبلیغاتی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (‌دارایی‌های ناملموس باشگاه، کنترل دستمردها)، راهبردها (اصلاحات اقتصادی باشگاه، ‌‌سیاست‌گذاری‌های استراتژیک، بودجه باشگاه، شورای اقتصاد باشگاه) و پیامد‌ها (کاهش‌ هزینه‌های مالی، ‌کارآیی اقتصادی، ‌‌تامین وجوه مالی، سرمایه‌گذاران اقتصادی) بود که براساس آن مدل سیاست‌گذاری اقتصادی باشگا‌ه‌های فوتبال طراحی و اعتبار یابی شد. براساس یافته‌های حاصل از مدل، سیاست‌گذاری‌ها و برنامه‌های اقتصادی باشگاه‌های فوتبال بایستی مبتنی و به واسطه نیروی انسانی متخصص و براساس اهداف استراتژیک باشگاه تدوین شود تا بار مالی ناشی از فعالیت‌های فعلی را روی هزینه‌های آتی کاهش دهد.

The main purpose of this study was to present the economic policy model of Iranian football clubs. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and data theorizing method of the foundation. Key informants of the study included 19 people related to the research topic. Data were collected through interviews and purposive sampling and analyzed based on a systematic approach in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Dimensions of the paradigm model include causal conditions (club economic structure, economic forecasts, economic reforms, evaluation and monitoring, financial transparency, capital adequacy), underlying conditions (environmental economic conditions, club commercial value, advertising policy). Intervention conditions (intangible assets of the club, control of handicrafts), strategies (economic reforms of the club, strategic policies, club budget, club economics council) and consequences (cost reduction) Financial efficiency, economic efficiency, financing, economic investors) based on which the economic policy model of football clubs was designed and validated. Based on the findings of the model, the economic policies and plans of football clubs should be based on and developed by specialized human resources and based on the strategic goals of the club in order to cover the financial burden of current activities to Reduce the cost future.
