چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق تدوین مدل اثر بخشی ورزش قهرمانی طبق نظر ذی‌نفعان است. این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش های آمیخته تشریحی است که در دو بخش انجام می‌گردد. بخش اول پژوهش، شامل شناسایی و اولویت بندی ذی‌نفعان ورزش قهرمانی با نظر خبرگان ورزش(13 خبره منتخب ورزشی به روش هدفمند) می‌باشد که به صورت ترکیبی (کمی و کیفی) انجام شده است. روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در بخش دوم ،کیفی می-باشد. برای انجام مصاحبه بخش دوم، جامعه آماری پژوهش را ذینفعان اصلی و اولیه شناسایی شده در بخش قبلی، می‌باشند که این افراد، به صورت گلوله برفی برای مصاحبه‌ انتخاب گردیدند(18 مصاحبه با 16 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت). پایایی کدگذاری‌ها با استفاه از روش مطالعه‌ی حسابرسی فرایند نتایج 4/74% به دست آمد. نتایج بخش اول نشان داد که 27 ذینفع ورزش قهرمانی وجود دارند و در ادامه ذینفعان رتبه‌بندی گردیدند و در ماتریس علاقه- قدرت قرار گرفتند. نهایتا هر یک از مؤلفه‌های شناسایی شده در الگوی پارادایمی اشتراوس و کوربین قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to formulate a model of the effectiveness of the championship sport according to the stakeholders. This study is a mixed Anatomical study conducted in two parts. The first part of the research consists of identifying and prioritizing the beneficiaries of the championship sport with the opinion of the sports experts (13 selected sports experts by purposeful method) which has been done in combination (qualitative and quantitative). The research method used in the second part is qualitative. For the second part of the interview, the statistical population of the study is the primary beneficiaries identified in the previous section, who were selected as snowballs for the interview (18 interviews with 16 persons and continued to theoretical saturation). The reliability of the coding was 74.4% using the process audit method. The results of the first part showed that there were 27 Beneficiaries of the championship sport and then the Beneficiaries were ranked and included in the interest-power matrix. Finally, each of the identified components was included in the Strauss and Corbin paradigm.
