چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف طراحی ساختار مدیریت دانش در مرکز ملی نوآوریهای فناوریهای ورزشی انجام شد. سؤالهای این پژوهش با عنوان ساختار مناسب برای ذخیره، توزیع و کاربرد دانش مطرح شدند. سپس به جمعآوری مطالب از منابع و شناخت کامل از ساختار سازمانی مرکز ملی نوآوریهای ورزشی پرداخته شد. پس از آن، مصاحبه با استفاده از سؤالهای نیمهساختاریافته با پاسخ باز، از جامعه آماری مدنظر انجام شد که شامل چهار نفر از اساتید رشته مدیریت و هشت نفر از اعضای مرکز ملی نوآوریهای ورزشی بودند. با استفاده از مبانی نظریه پژوهش و تحلیل و کدگذاری دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه، سه مقوله اصلی، 23 مقوله فرعی و 74 مفهوم یا کد باز شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد که مهمترین قسمت طراحی ساختار ذخیره دانش شامل کدگذاری دانش در فرایند ذخیره، نوع فایل مناسب برای ذخیره دانش، نوع محتوای مناسب برای ذخیره با توجه به هرم دانش، تعیین مقادیر مشخص برای ذخیره دانش، آموزش افراد برای ذخیرهسازی دانش، تعیین مسئول مدیریت دانش در سازمان، اضافهشدن مسئولیت ذخیره دانش به شرح وظایف سازمانی، موارد تشویقی برای ذخیره دانش، خرید یا سفارش دانش، حجم دانش انتخابی برای ذخیره و مقولههای اصلی توزیع دانش شامل دستهبندی دانش بر اساس موضوع، دستهبندی دانش بر اساس کلمات، دستهبندی دانش بر اساس تیمها و افراد، امکان درخواست دانش غیرقابلدسترس، دسترسیدادن به افراد مشخص و برای کاربرد دانش نیز دسترسی سریع به دانش، دسترسی آسان به دانش، امنیت دانش، جستوجوی دانش براساس کلمات کلیدی، جستوجوی دانش براساس تیمها و افراد، فروش دانش، اعمال نظرها بر دانش و جستوجوی دانش براساس موضوع است. با تحلیل نتایج بهدستآمده، مفاهیم خاص و مشخصی از ذخیره، توزیع و کاربرد دانش به دست آمد که با تبدیل آنها به آییننامه و مدل مفهومی و همچنین آموزش و رهبری آن در ساختار سازمانی میتوان فرایند اجرای مدیریت دانش در مرکز ملی نوآوری ورزش را شروع کرد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to design knowledge management structure at Sport Technology and Innovation Center of Iran. The questions of research were proposed as the appropriate structure for saving, distributing and using knowledge. Data were collected from papers and articles as a complete understanding of the organization structure of the Sport Technology and Innovation Center of Iran was done. Then, the interview was followed by semi-structured questions from the statistical society, which included 4 professors of management and 8 members of National Sport Technology Innovation Center of Iran. By using the principles of research theory and analyzing and coding the data obtained from the interview, three main categories, 23 sub-categories and 74 concepts or open codes were identified. The results showed that the most important part of structure design at the knowledge saving includes knowledge coding in the saving process, the suitable type of file for knowledge saving, the suitable type of content for saving according to the knowledge pyramid, determining specific amount for knowledge saving, training people to saving knowledge, determining expert for knowledge management in the organization, adding the responsibility of saving knowledge in the description of organizational tasks, incentives for saving knowledge, purchasing or ordering knowledge, the volume of knowledge selected for saving and the main categories of knowledge distribution including knowledge categorization by subject, classification by word, categorization of knowledge based on teams and persons, the possibility of requesting inaccessible knowledge, access to specific individuals and for the knowledge using also, fast access to knowledge, easy access to knowledge, knowledge security, knowledge search based on keywords, knowledge search based on teams and persons, selling knowledge, applying opinions on knowledge, and searching for knowledge based on the subject. It is suggested to design a questionnaire based on the table of results and determine the coefficients of effectiveness of each component and open code to achieve a more accurate model.
