چکیده

حواشی جنجال برانگیز فوتبال جز اتلاف وقت و هزینه چیزی در بر ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل عوامل موثر بر جنجال سازمانی در لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور و ارائه راهبردهای کنش بود. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از حیث روش تحلیل از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران، مربیان و فوتبالیست های شاغل در لیگ برتر فوتبال آقایان و بانوان کشور به تعداد 784 نفر بود که نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان و کرجسی تعداد 260 نفر به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. جمع آوری داده ها با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل موثر بر جنجال در فوتبال انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی با کمک نرم افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 21 و لیزرل نسخه 8/8، انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل عوامل موثر بر بروز جنجال سازمانی در لیگ برتر فوتبال کشور دارای برازش است. مدل تحقیق می تواند در جهت کنترل و کاهش جنجال در فوتبال کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Controversial football fringes are nothing but a waste of time and money. The purpose of this study was to test the model of factors affecting organizational controversy in the country's premier football league and to present action strategies. The present study was applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational analysis in terms of method, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population of the study included all managers, coaches and football players working in the men's and women's football premier league of the country was 784 people. The statistical sample was selected randomly based on Morgan and Krejcie table of 260 people. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire of factors affecting controversy in football. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS 21 and LISREL 8.8. Findings showed that the model of factors affecting the occurrence of organizational controversy in the country's premier football league is appropriate. The research model can be used to control and reduce controversy in the country's football.
