چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی عملکرد تیم‌های لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران است. برای این ارزیابی از مدل DEA و AHP استفاده شد. با مراجعه به پیشینۀ پژوهش و همچنین با در نظر گرفتن دسترسی به داده‌ها، دستمزد پرداختی به مربیان، بازیکنان و کارکنان و سرمایه‌های ثابت هر باشگاه بهعنوان ورودی و میزان درآمد، امتیازات کسبشده و تعداد تماشاگر بهعنوان خروجی در نظر گرفته شد. با استفاده از مدل AHP، وزن هر یک از این شاخص‌ها با نظرسنجی از 30 متخصص ورزشی تعیین شد و پس از بهدست آوردن اطلاعات باشگاه‌ها در هر شاخص، با استفاده از مدل DEA-CCR عملکرد باشگاه ارزیابی شد و تیم‌ها بر مبنای نمرات کارآیی رده‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان میدهد در فصل 1389-1388 میانگین نمرات کارآیی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران 704/0 است. بیشترین نمرۀ کارآیی مربوط به تیم‌های شاهین، ابومسلم و استیل‌آذین است و تیم استقلال اهواز با نمرۀ کارآیی 313/0 کمترین نمرۀ کارآیی را به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد بین رتبۀ کارآیی تیم‌ها با رتبۀ آن‌ها در جدول مسابقات همخوانی وجود ندارد. به طور کلی با عطف به نتایج پژوهش، می‌توان مهم‌ترین عامل ناکارآمدی در تیم‌های لیگ برتر ایران را رقم بزرگ دستمزدها و کسب درآمدهای کم بیان کرد. در این زمینه به مدیران تیم‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود با کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش درآمدها در پی کسب نمرۀ کارآیی بیشتری باشند. همچنین خصوصی‌سازی باشگاه‌ها بهعنوان راهکاری کلی برای افزایش کارآیی در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران پیشنهاد می‌شود.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to evaluate Performance of Iranian football primer league. We use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique for aggregating the sub-factors which involve in input-output factors, and then DEA is used for calculating the efficiency measures. Also, AHP is used to construct some weight restrictions for increasing the discrimination power of the used DEA model. For calculating the efficiency measures, DEA-CCR model is utilized. Our findings reveal that the average of FESs of the teams is 0.704. The results showed that Shahin, Abumoslem, and Steelazin possessed the efficiency score of 1 and Esteqlal AHV had the lowest score with efficiency score of 0.51.
The results also showed that the performance rating and rank the teams racing in the table there is no match. Turning to the overall study results, the most important factor to be inefficient of the Iranian Premier League teams is high wages and low income, as can be. Team managers in this area suggest is reducing costs and increasing revenues are seeking higher performance scores. Private clubs also making as a mechanism to increase overall performance in the Premier League football is recommended.
