چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی چالش‌های مدیران ورزش در ایران بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه رؤسا و معاونین وزارت ورزش، رؤسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی، رؤسا و دبیران کل کمیته ملی المپیک و ... بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 49 سوالی که به تأیید خبرگان رسیده بود، جمع‌آوری شدند و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون کرونباخ 90/0 بدست آمد. از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی، تی تک متغیره و فریدمن برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تی تک متغیره نشان داد که منابع مالی و بودجه، منابع کالبدی، منابع فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، حضور تیم‌های ورزشی در رویدادهای بین‌المللی و همچنین آینده سازمان ورزشی خود در سطح بین‌المللی به عنوان چالش مدیران ورزش در ایران اعلام شدند. پس از شناسایی چالش‌ها، نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که چالش منابع مالی و بودجه، چالش‌ مدیران در مورد آینده سازمان ورزشی خود در سطح بین‌المللی و چالش منابع کالبدی به ترتیب به عنوان مهمترین چالش‌های مدیران ورزش در ایران می‌باشند. برای اداره تحولات و رویدادهای آینده اداره ورزش کشور تعیین چشم‌انداز و استراتژی یک ضرورت است و آن را می‌باید متخصصان، نخبگان و مدیران ورزش کشور تدوین نمایند.

Sport managers’ challenges in Iran

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the challenges before Iranian sports managers. The descriptive research method was applied in this study and all chairpersons, Deputies of the Sport Ministry, Presidents of the Sports Federations, Secretary Generals of the National Olympic Committee, etc., constituted the statistical population of the research. The data is collected via a 49-items researcher-prepared questionnaire, previously approved by the elites of the field. The internal consistency measured by Cronbach's Test was 0.90. Descriptive statistical tests, One-sample T-Test and Friedman test were used for analyzing the data. The results of one-sample T-Test indicated that financial resources and budget, physical resources, information and communication technology sources, international organizations, sports teams' participation in the global events and also the future of the sports organization at the international level are considered as the main challenges faced by Iranian sports managers. After identifying the challenges, the results of Friedman test showed that financial resources and budget, managers' struggles over the future of their organizations at the international level and the physical resources, are respectively the main challenges ahead of the sports managers in Iran. In order to handle and manage the upcoming sports events, having a vision and strategy plan developed by specialists, elites and sports managers, is a necessity.
