چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی الگوی نقش ورزش در تبیین دیپلماسی عمومی ایران انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی انجام شد و دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته جمعآوری شدند. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، افراد متخصص و خبره در زمینۀ دیپلماسی عمومی و ورزش شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی (هشت نفر)، اساتید روابط بینالملل و علوم سیاسی (سه نفر)، مقامات عالی ورزش کشور (سه نفر) و ورزشکاران نخبه (سه نفر) بودند. روش انتخاب نمونه به شیوۀ هدفمند بود. روش جمعآوری دادهها بهصورت مطالعۀ پژوهشهای پیشین و مصاحبۀ عمیق و باز بود. برای سنجش اعتبار، انتقال و تأییدپذیری، یافتههای پژوهش به مشارکتکنندگان ارائه شد. آنها متن نظریه را مطالعه کردند و نظرهای آنها اعمال شد. روش استفادهشده برای قابلیت اعتماد، روش توافق درونموضوعی بود. میانگین میزان توافق درونموضوعی برابر با 73/0 گزارش شد. براساس یافتههای حاصل از مصاحبۀ نیمهساختاریافته، مهمترین عوامل علّی مؤثر بر نقش ورزش در تبیین دیپلماسی عمومی ایران شامل قدرت نرم، اطلاعات و ارتباطات، درک و بصیرت هستند. عوامل زمینهای شامل بازیگردانی و یادگیری و عوامل مداخلهگر مؤثر عوامل محیطی هستند. همچنین راهبردهای مؤثر بر نقش ورزش در تبیین دیپلماسی عمومی ایران عبارتاند از: توانمندسازی، شبکههای ارتباطی و پیشرانهای عمومی. همچنین پیامدهای نقش ورزش در تبیین دیپلماسی عمومی ایران شامل کارکرد اقتصادی، کارکرد فرهنگی، کارکرد سیاسی و توسعۀ اجتماعی هستند.

چکیده [English]
This research was conducted with the aim of the role of sports pattern in explaining the public diplomacy of Iran. The present study was conducted within the framework of a qualitative approach, and the required data were collected using semi-structured interviews. The statistical population of this study were all experts in social participation in sport, including sports management professors (8 students), professors of international relations and political science (3 students), senior sports officials (3 people), and elite athletes (3 people). The sample method was snowballs mode. The method of data collection was based on previous studies and in-depth interviews. To assess credibility, transfer, and verifiability, they provided the participants with the findings of the research, and they examined the text of the theory and their views. The method used for reliability was an intra-subject agreement method. The average agreement within the subject was 0.73. Causal factors influencing the role of exercise in explaining Iranian public diplomacy included soft power, information and communication, the understanding and insight. Contextual factors included cast and learning, and intervention factors were effective environmental factors. Also, strategies affecting the role of sport in explaining Iranian public diplomacy included: Empowerment, communication networks and public propulsion, and finally the implications of the role of sport in explaining public diplomacy in Iran. They included economic function, cultural function, political function, and social development.
