چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارائة راهبرد ارتقای مشارکت سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجان غربی با ارائة راهکارهای اجرایی، با استفاده از ماتریس برنامه­ریزی راهبردی کمی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی و ترکیبی از روش‌های کمی و کیفی بود. داده‌ها ازطریق پرسش‌نامة پژوهشگرساخته جمع‌آوری شدند. جامعة آماری اساتید دانشگاهی متخصص در رشته‌های مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران عامل سازمان صنعت و معدن، قسمت معاونت تربیت‌بدنی ادارة کل آموزش‌وپرورش، مدیران عامل سازمان فرهنگی ورزشی شهرداری و باشگاه‌های ورزشی استان، مدیران، معاونان و کارشناسان ورزشی صاحب‌نظر در اداره‌های ورزش‌وجوانان و هیئت‌های ورزشی استان آذربایجان غربی بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت گلوله‌برفی یا شبکه‌ای انجام شد که درنهایت، 52 پرسش‌نامه تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اسوات با استفاده از روش شورای راهبردی انجام شد. هفت قوت، 13 ضعف، هفت فرصت و 13 تهدید شناسایی شدند و مشخص شد که موقعیت فعلی مشارکت بخش خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجان غربی در موقعیت حفظ و پیشرفت واقع شده است. در ادامه، برای توسعة مشارکت بخش خصوصی در ورزش استان آذربایجان غربی، استراتژی­ها، اولویت‌بندی و سند راهبردی براساس ماتریس برنامه­ریزی استراتژیک کمی تدوین شد و پیشنهادهای کاربردی لازم ارائه شدند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research is strategy presentation for participation ehancing of private sector in the sport of West Azerbaijan Province with Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and by presenting executive soloution. The research method was descriptive-analytical and was a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Data were collected by researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population includes expert academic professors of sport management, industry and mining organization managers, assistance section of physical education in the education department, managers of municipal sport cultural organization and sports clubs of the province, managers, assistant and sports experts in sport and youth department and the Sport Board of West Azerbaijan province. Sampling was done as snowball or network. Finally, 52 questionnaires were analyzed. The SWOT analysis was done using the Strategic Council method. Finally, 7 strengths, 13 weaknesses, 7 opportunities and 13 threats were identified. Result show that the current situation is the participation of the private sector in the sport of West Azerbaijan Province in the WT area. Then in order to participation developing of the private sector in the sport of West Azerbaijan, strategies, prioritizing and strategic documenting was defined based on the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), and was presented the necessary practical suggestions
