چکیده

در جوامع امروزی، یکی از عوامل توسعة ورزش مشارکت افراد جامعه است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عواملی انجام شد که بتوانند خیران و واقفان را به عرصة ورزش سوق دهند. روش پژوهش، آمیخته بود و جامعة آماری متشکل از خیران، واقفان، مدیران و کارشناسان ورزشی و حج‌ و اوقاف بود که با توجه به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و دردسترس، تعداد 150 نفر به‌عنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزارمورداستفادهپرسش‌نامةمحقق‌ساخته‌ای بود که در دو بخش مشخصات فردی و بخش اصلی، سؤال‌های پرسش‌نامه بین نمونههای پژوهش توزیع شدند. برای تعیین روایی ساختاری ابزار پژوهش، ازروش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش متعامد و برای تعیین روایی سازة پرسش‌نامه، از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفة اخلاق‌گرایی با سه مقولة احترام، مسئولیت اجتماعی و سرمایة اجتماعی، مؤلفة فرهنگ‌سازی با دو مقولة تعریف‌سازی و شرعی‌نگری، مؤلفة حقوقی با سه مقولة اقلیت‌سازی، شفافیت و تسریع و مؤلفة آموزش با سه مقولة عمومی، تخصصی و سازمانی، میتوانند بیشترین تأثیر را در جذب خیران و واقفان داشته باشند؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد میشود که با دادن آموزشهای عمومی و اختصاصی، علاوه‌بر جلب‌نظر خیران به ورزش، به توسعة کیفی اعمال خیریة ورزشی نیز کمک شود.

چکیده [English]

Community Contribution is one of the factors in development of sport now. The aim of this study was to identify factors that could bring Endowment and Donors into the realm of sport. The research method was mix and the statistical population consisted of the charities, the managers, the sports experts and the Hajj and the endowments. According to a targeted and accessible sampling method, 150 people were selected as the statistical sample. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among the samples in two parts of the personal data and the main part of the questionnaire. Structural validity of the research tool was used through exploratory factor analysis with orthogonal rotation and confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire structure. The results showed that the component of ethics with three categories (respect, social responsibility, social capital), can have the greatest impact on attraction. Using this proposed pattern of research and the face of the local package may possibly increase the rate of Contribution in sport in the region, based on to the characteristics of each region. Therefore, it is suggested through public and private education while attracting charity to sports, qualitative sports charity be promoted.
