چکیده

برنامه‌های راهبردی به توسعة ورزش کمک می‌کنند تا یک شهر، منحصربه‌فرد، پرجنب‌وجوش و ازلحاظ اقتصادی پایدارتر شود. دراین‌راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی برنامه‌های راهبردی در توسعة ورزش شهر بوکان انجام ‌شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی، روش گردآوری داده‌ها، پیمایشی و ابزار سنجش آن پرسش‌نامة خبرگان (محقق‌ساخته) بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک ویکور استفاده شد. جامعة آماری، اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران در حوزة ورزش بودند که 30 نفر به‌صورت نمونه‌های هدفمند انتخاب شدند و موردپرسشگری قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که راهبرد ایجاد ایستگاه‌های ورزش در محله‌ها و همة معابر عمومی، در اولویت اول برنامه‌ریزی قرار داشت و برای آن، ضرورت اجرای برنامة زمانی کوتاه‌مدت باید موردتوجه قرار گیرد. همچنین، راهبرد بسترسازی مناسب برای ارتقای ورزش قهرمانی ازطریق ورزش همگانی، در اولویت آخر رتبه‌بندی قرار داشت؛ بنابراین،  برنامه‌ریزی کوتاه‌مدت برای آن ضرورتی ندارد و جزو برنامه‌های بلندمدت برای توسعة ورزش قرار دارد. دراین‌راستا، سازمان‌ها و ادارات مسئول در بخش ورزش باید برنامه‌های راهبردی تدوین‌شدة موجود و سایر راهبردهای پیش ‌رو را سرلوحه و الگوی کار خود قرار دهند و آن را تا پایین‌ترین سطوح ورزش شهر نفوذ دهند و در توسعة آن تلاش کنند.

چکیده [English]

Strategic plans for the development of sport management helps the city is a unique, active and economically sustainable dovetails. In this regard, this study is designed to evaluate t strategies to development sport in bukan. The research method is analytical and data collection method for the survey and measurement tool of the questionnaire.for the data analysis using techniques vikor. The statistical community is influenced and experts in the field of sports where 30 people were targeted for the examples were selected and about the discussion... The results showed that strategic exercise stations and all public places in the neighborhood is the first priority of planning. And should it be considered necessary for the the implementation of short-term timetable. Also, is ranked last in priority infrastructure strategy for the promotion of sport through sport and therefore it is not necessary for the short-term of planning is necessary as long-term plans for the development of sports and physical education in bukan. In this regard, organizations and agencies involved in the sports and physical education should be available to develop strategic plans and other strategies ahead and map your priority and it came to their lowest levels of sport town trying to develop.
