چکیده

تحولات گستردۀ امروزی و پویایی رقابت‌ باعث شده است که سازمان‌های هوشمند به‌دنبال شرایطی باشند تا بتوانند افراد خلاق و کارآفرین را هرچه سریع‌تر به‌کار گیرند و از مزایای کارآفرینی سازمانی ‌بیشتر بهره‌مند شوند. دراین‌راستا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر برازش معادلۀ رگرسیونی مدیریت دانش و کارآفرینی سازمانی در کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان به‌منظور تعیین تأثیر فرایندهای مدیریت دانش بر کارآفرینی سازمانی بود. جامعۀ آماری را کلیۀ کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان با سطح تحصیلات لیسانس به بالا تشکیل دادند.حجم نمونه نیز بر‌اساس فرمول کوکران معادل 163 نفر بود که توسط نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. علاوه‌براین، ابزار پژوهش دو پرسش‌نامۀ مدیریت دانش و کارآفرینی سازمانی بود که روایی‌ محتوایی و صوری آن‌ها با مطالعۀ مبانی نظری پژوهش و با استفاده از نظر اساتید و متخصصان مدیریت لحاظ شد و پایایی آن‌ از طریق آزمون آماری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش‌نامۀ مدیریت دانش (94/0) و کارآفرینی سازمانی (92/0) محاسبه گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین مدیریت دانش و فرایندهای آن با کارآفرینی سازمانی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان رابطۀ مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج رگرسیون چند‌متغیره نیز حاکی از آن است که 46 درصد از نمرات کارآفرینی سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان تحت‌تأثیر نمرات مدیریت دانش قرار دارد و 55 درصد از تغییرات نمرات آن‌ها نیز تحت‌تأثیر ابعاد مدیریت دانش (اکتساب دانش، ایجاد دانش، ذخیرۀ دانش، توزیع دانش و نگهداری دانش) می‌باشد؛ بنابراین، مدیریت دانش و ابعاد آن می‌تواند به‌طور مناسبی کارآفرینی سازمانی را پیش‌بینی کند.

چکیده [English]

Today, extensive dynamics of competition have caused intelligent organizations to follow some conditions in order to employ creative and entrepreneured people as soon as possible and benefit organizational entrepreneurial advantages much more. The purpose of this study is assessing of regression equation between Knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship in employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth for determining the effect of Knowledge management process on organizational entrepreneurship. Statistical community includes the whole of employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth with educational level of bachelor and upper. Sample size was 163 people based on Cochran formula which was selected randomly. The research tools consist of two questioners, Knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship. Content validity and formal of research instruments were considered by studying basics of theoretical research and using professors and specialists' opinions and its reability was calculated through statistical analysis of Cronbach Alph coefficient for questioners of knowledge management 0.94 and organizational entrepreneurship 0.92. The result showed there is a meaningful relationship between Knowledge management and its processes with organizational entrepreneurship. Also, results of multivariables regressions showed that 46% of scores of organizational entrepreneurships is affected by Knowledge management scores and 55% of scores changes of organizational entrepreneurship are affected by dimensions of Knowledge management scores (Knowledge acquisition, Knowledge creation, Knowledge Store, Knowledge Distribution, knowledge preservation). Therefore, Knowledge management and its dimensions can suitably predict organizational entrepreneurship.
