Designing a paradigm model of a strategic sports leisure program with emphasis on the Iranian-Islamic model

Abstract
The present study was conducted to design a paradigm model of a strategic sports leisure program with an emphasis on the Iranian-Islamic model with a combined approach. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a research method mixed with consecutive exploratory type and survey collection method. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes professors of sports management specializing in leisure and strategic planning and professors of sociology of sports; These individuals were purposefully selected as standard criteria for qualitative interviews on the subject of research (16 interviews with 16 people and continued until theoretical saturation). The statistical population of the quantitative section is the experts of the Sports and Youth Department of Fars Province (80 people). The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and structural equation method in the quantitative part were used. In the qualitative part of the research, it was found that the categories were identified in the form of 16 categories and 62 concept codes, and in the heart of the six dimensions of the paradigm model as causal causes (4 categories), the main category: strategic leisure strategic plan (1 category), strategies (4 categories), contextual conditions (3 categories), intervening conditions (3 categories) and consequences (1 category) were included.
