This study aimed to analyze the prediction of Physical Education (PE) teachers’ occupational adjustment according to implementation of the quantum management. The method of this study was descriptive (correlation), and study population included all of the PE teachers in three educational levels in Isfahan in 1393 (2014) (N = 559). The method of sampling was stratified random sampling according to total population of PE teachers employed in all of six educational regions of Isfahan. Two hundred and twenty-six persons were selected for participating in this research. The results, based on regression analysis, indicated that PE teachers’ occupational adjustment was affected by various dimensions of quantum management.
