Abstract
This study has identifying and prioritized effective factors on establishment of knowledge management in ministry of physical education ministry and healthy of education in Iran. Research method was geodesic and in aspect of goal was applied. The statistical population of this study were coadjutor, chiefs and expert of physical education and health education (n=288) ministry and the statistical sample was selected by from of full number and equal to statistical society. In order to identify factors and survey of structural validity the exploratory factor analysis was used. The result of exploratory factor analysis showed that 45/02 of the total variances related to seven factors. Prioritizing the factors performed by AHP method. That are organization culture, senior management commitment, employee participation, employee training, team work, knowledge construction and infrastructure and information systems. According to finding of this study, by programming and concentrating on effective factors of knowledge management, we can establish new knowledge and to publish it all over the world.
