Abstract
One of the most important organizational capabilities that can help organizations to create and share knowledge and to compare them with other organizations, creates “the advantages of sustainable organization” can be of intellectual capital. The purpose of this paper was to Design and Implementation a model for intellectual capital in Ministry of Sports and Youth based on pattern of Skandia. This research was Descriptive- Analysis of the correlation matrix. The population of this study was employees of Ministry of Sports and Youth (750 people) and the study sample based on Morgan, was 254 employees. The data collection instrument was a Researcher made questionnaire that its content validity was approved by 12 members of the faculty of sport management. The reliability of the questionnaire was Cronbach's alpha that for this survey value of 0.856 was obtained. For data analysis in level of inferential statistics were used, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. In this study were identified that human capital (β=0.51, P<0/05), relational capital (β=0.38, P<0.05) and structural capital (β=0.31, P<0.05) have a significant effect on intellectual capital.
