Abstract

Studies show that Performance Assessment has been a major Component of Competitive Strategy to enhance Organizational Productivity and Profitability. In this Regard the Purpose of this Research is to Performance Evaluation of Canoeing, Rowing& Sailing Federation Applying European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model. It is an Applicable Descriptive Research which is used survey Method for data Gathering. The Population of the survey includes Federation president, Secretary, vice President, Employees, coaches, Referees, athletes and Members (N=61).we used total Number Practices method for selecting samples and a Questionnaire designed by Researcher. Data Gathering method in this Research was based on Standard questionnaire of European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model (EFQM). According the Results of this Research enabler’s Factors in Federation are in About Appropriate Situation and state of significant at p<0/05in Leadership, Policy & Strategy, Processes and state of Significant at p<0/01 in People, Partnership & Resources are some evidences of this claim. All of the result’s measures were estimated as weak. The results of this Research showed that there was a highest Relationship between Policy & Strategy and EFQM and lowest Relationship was in People and Key Performance results. Besides results of the Research indicated the Appropriate Level of Fitness. Using the current Literature about this subject and the Results indicated that paying more Attention to those measures that Gained less Points with Regard to Indicators, seems Essential.
