Abstract

The purpose of this study was to Relationship between privatization and productivity gymnasium view directors and heads of delegations in Mazandaran province. To this end, 242 managers and heads of delegations, privatization barriers questionnaire voluntarily completed the exercise and enjoyment of the sport. 5-axis scale privatization barriers (to improve management and enhance service, employee satisfaction and teacher satisfaction, customer satisfaction, investment (profitability) and financial liabilities to the private sector) and scale efficiency of 4-Axis Sport (efficiency, effectiveness quality, service and customer satisfaction gyms) are evaluated. Data were examined using Pearson on (α≤0.05) analyzed using SPSS statistical software was used. The results showed that all subscales were significantly associated with privatization (p≤0.05), and the privatization of government fiscal incentives to the private sector in sport, there is a significant relationship (p=0.124). The overall findings of the study showed that between privatization and efficiency of the board of directors and heads of sports delegations Mazandaran in the gymnasium, there is a significant relationship.
