Abstract





The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information technology and organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran. The study was a correlation type research that selected 370 experts and managers of sports organizations in Iran  to answer  technology information  researcher-made and organizational learning questionnaire  with Cornbach coefficient a=0/95 , a=0/92. For determining validity of form and content appropriateness, panel of specialists' viewpoints were used. Also, exploratory analysis and conformity analysis were used to determine the reliability of construct. In order to achieve statistical analyzing, the appropriate descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation, multiple regressions) were applied. The results showed that there was a significant, mean and positive relationship between information technology and organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran (in ministry of Youth and Sports, sport federation and physical education headquarters of schools). Wholly, we concluded that through strengthening, expanding and applying information technology, one can developed and improved organizational learning in the sport organizations in Iran.
