Studying the Factors Affecting the Ethical Decision Making of female coaches in Tehran province

Abstract
Nowadays, paying attention to ethics and maintaining moral values is one of the important phenomena that is considered in most organizations. The purpose of this study was studing the factors affecting the ethical decision making of female coaches in Tehran province. The statistical population was all female coaches of sport clubs in Tehran province. According to Morgan table 398 coaches were selected as research sample. The tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that used after validation. In order to analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, and structural equation modeling was used to design the model. The results from the confirmatory factor analysis of the research model showed that professional factors, personal ethics, environmental factors, deviant factors, spirituality and materiality, and psycho-psychological factors respectively have the greatest effect on the ethical decision making of female coaches of Tehran province. Also, according to the obtained factor loadings, three factors of evading responsibility, ethical frameworks and social, governmental and legal environments, have the largest role. Also, no significant difference was observed between the factors affecting the ethical decision-making of female coaches in Tehran province in team and individual sports. Based on the findings of the research, it is necessary to pay more attention to the professional, personal and environmental factors that have the greatest impact on the ethical decision-making of female coaches in Tehran province.
