Abstract
main objective of this study was to study the relationship between openness to experience and creative performance of physical education experts in education departments with the mediating role of feedback seeking behavior. This applied research was conducted using a survey research method. All physical education experts in education departments in the country were statistical population of this studyof which 314 people were randomly selected as a sample (cluster). The research tools included standard questionnaires for openness to experience (Soto et al., 2008), feedback seeking behavior (Mass et al., 2003), and creative performance (Zhou and George, 2001). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. SPSS version 25 and SmartPLS version 4 software were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed a positive and significant relationship between openness to experience and feedback seeking behavior of physical education experts. The results also showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between openness to experience and creative performance of physical education experts, the results of the study showed that the relationship between openness to experience and creative performance of physical education experts with the mediating role of feedback seeking behavior is positive and significant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that openness to experience of physical education experts can lead to the development of their creative performance by strengthening feedback seeking behavior; therefore, creating a work environment where physical education experts can gain new experiences regarding their work actions is recommended.
