Abstract
The aim of this research was to identify key factors of social courage in the dynamic work environment of sports organizations. The research utilized a qualitative thematic analysis approach. Participants included 16 managers and staff members from sports and youth departments. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews. Validation of the research was achieved using triangulation methods, including dual coding and interviews with experts in related fields. The main factors enhancing social courage in workplace environments include transparency in communication, psychological empowerment, transformational motivational leadership, emotional agility, social support networks, institutionalized ethical principles, the art of strategic communication, and value-driven accountability. These factors contribute to boosting confidence, creating supportive environments, and maintaining ethical principles within organizations. In this context, communicative transparency and transformational leadership foster effective communication and employee participation in decision-making processes. Additionally, emotional agility and social support enhance individual and team capabilities in coping with challenges and environmental pressures. Finally, ethical principles and value-driven accountability lay the foundation for fostering an ethical and courageous atmosphere in organizations, encouraging employees to actively and courageously engage in work processes.
