Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to provide the development model of futsal schools in Kerman province. This was an applied and exploratory research carried out using the Grounded theory. The research population consisted of 20 coaches, players, club CEOs and officials. These participants were selected through purposive sampling and based on theoretical saturation criteria. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The collected data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding and the final model was extracted. In order to check the validity of the findings, Goba and Lincoln (1994) indexes were used and to evaluate the reliability, intra-subject agreement was conducted. Based on the results of the research, causal factors included talent search, and cultural-social, background conditions consisted of software and hardware facilities, intervening factors was the categories of legal, external management and competitions, strategies in the categories of personnel, internal management, perspective and educational issues, and finally the consequences included economic and community health factors. The results of this research can be considered as a basis for the development of futsal schools in Kerman province.
