Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the position of cybernetic model in Iranian sport and youth departments. The method of research was descriptive and all of the staffs of sport and youth departments in selected province of Iran (Qom, Alborz, North Khorasan, Hamedan, West Azarbayjan) was choose as research sample (n=92). Questionnaire (Validity was confirmed, α= 0.89) was used for Data collection. The analyzing of data was done by one sample t test (P0/05). The results showed that, the cybernetic model has average position in selected Iranian sport and youth departments. By applying cybernetic model, efficiency and effectiveness of organizations will improve and employees will participate in organizations objectives.
