Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationships and solutions related to the legal obstacles of women's sports. The research method was exploratory with the approach of inductive theme analysis in the qualitative part and causal analysis in the quantitative part. The statistical population of the qualitative part included two parts of human resources (law and sports law experts, sports management professors, vice presidents of sports federations and familiar with sports law) and information sources (scientific, library and related media) and interviews. Candidates were selected in sufficient number, purposefully and with theoretical saturation (10 people and 23 documents). In the quantitative part of the statistical population, there were sports law experts, who were selected 30 people. The research tool was semi-structured exploratory interviews along with a systematic library study and a questionnaire to analyze causal relationships. The validity of the tool was evaluated based on practical merit, legal validity, expert opinion and agreement between the correctors. Conceptual framework of 24 components, 5 dimensions were identified. The obstacles were five scientific-educational, human, legal, structural-management and jurisprudential areas. Based on quantitative analysis, human barriers and jurisprudential barriers were causal factors, and educational-scientific barriers, legal barriers, administrative-structural barriers were handicap factors. Therefore, paying attention to holding training classes in the field of sports law and improving the level of legal literacy of female coaches and athletes, and drafting laws supporting women's rights in the field of sports and broadcasting women's competitions in various disciplines can reduce the impact of obstacles.
