چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین سلامت سازمانی با عملکرد کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان است. جامعه آماری کلیه کارشناسان حوزه ستادی وزارت ورزش و جوانان دارای حداقل مدرک فوق دیپلم به تعداد 400 نفر بودند که براساس جدول مورگان تعداد 200 نفر بعنوان نمونه آماری با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند روش انجام این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و همبستگی می‌باشد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از دو پرسشنامه سلامت سازمانی (OHI) و خودارزیابی عملکرد استفاده شده است. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها با نظر 15 تن از اساتید مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای سلامت سازمانی 88/0 و برای پرسشنامه عملکرد 91/0 بدست آمد. از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی نظیر کولوموگروف – اسمیرنوف ، آزمون دو جمله‌ای ، ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و معادلات ساختاری برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد .نتایج تحقیق نشان داد وضعیت سلامت سازمانی و عملکرد کارکنان در حد مناسب است و بین ابعاد سلامت سازمانی و نیز بین سلامت سازمانی و عملکرد کارکنان رابطه معنی ‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین براساس معادلات ساختاری تأکید علمی و حمایت از منابع بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر عملکرد دارند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational health with Performance of employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The statistical population of the study was all experts working in the Ministry of Sports and Youth; they hold at least an associate degree and were 400 people. The sample size was estimated 200 according to the Morgan table. The sampling method was randomized stratification. The research method is correlation functional. OHI Hoy et al (1998) Organizational Health Questionnaire and self-performance Questionnairewith 0.88 and .91 Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used for the data collection. face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed with 15 cases of teachers. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential tests such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Spearman correlation coefficients, ratio test (binomial), Structural Equation. The results showed that: status of Organizational health and performance of staff is appropriate, there is significant relationship between dimensions of organizational health and organizational health and performance of the staff , based on structural equation, Academic emphasis and support resources have the greatest impact on Performance.
