The purpose of this study was to design relationship model of organizational culture and organizational intelligence in Kerman province Youth and Sport general administration. Statistical population included all personnel of Kerman province Youth and Sport general administration (N = 170). Based on Morgan table 118 persons, respectively was chosen randomly for research sample. Two Questionnaires of the Denison organizational culture and Albrecht organizational intelligence were used to achieve the research objectives. Validity of the two questionnaires were confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and were confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.87, and 0.83 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, single sample t-test, Pearson correlation, and structural equations with the help of SPSS and AMOS software. Results of the research showed that organizational culture and organizational intelligence in Kerman province Youth and Sport general administration are desirable. There is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational intelligence (p≤0.01, r=0.74). There is also a significant relationship between all sub-scales of organizational culture and organizational intelligence. Organizational intelligence has a noteworthy effect on organizational culture in Kerman province Sports and Youth general administration.
