Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to formulate and explain the conceptual model of economic capacity development for sports in the country. The research method is systematic exploratory qualitative type with coding approach and structural-functional analysis. Sources of information extraction and findings included two sections: human resources (managers, professors, etc.) and information resources (scientific, library, documentary, media). Sampling in the theoretical study section (87 documents) and interviews (26 people) in terms of achieving theoretical saturation and in the Delphi section in several stages (18 people) in terms of reaching agreement between members and approval of the framework in a targeted manner (judgmental) Done. The overall validity of the research tools and their results was confirmed by controlling the competence of the selected sample, content validity by experts and the degree of agreement of the correctors. Based on the results, the conceptual framework of the research includes 6 levels, 17 perspectives, 38 dimensions and 81 analytical components. The six levels of the model include: national economic system, the country's sports system, types of economic capacities, the process of managing economic capacity, leading and developing economic capacity, and the factors that determine the economic capacity of sports. Based on the research model, it can be said that if the utilization of economic capacities is realized at a suitable level, a suitable ecosystem for sports economics will be formed and favorable results (finance, employment, etc.) for organizations and individuals will be formed.
