In order to present a model of computer anxiety in Iranian sport organizations, a correlation study was implemented and 574 of the managers and experts were chosen through random sampling. The measurement instruments were the standard questionnaire of computer anxiety by Heinz et al (1987), computer self-efficiency by Murphy et al. (1989), progress motivation by Hermans (1970), Trait anxiety by Spielberger et al(1983) and the researcher made questionnaire of experience with computer whose content validity was confirmed by a span of university experts. Confirmatory factor analysis and SEM were used in order to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that computer self-efficacy (-0/39) at first step and experience with computer (-0/19) at the second step make the most adverse effects on the emergence of computer anxiety. According to the overall coefficient of determination (R2=0/85), reduced structural equation (R2=0/74) and the determined limit of the variations of computer anxiety which is 85%, we can claim that the present model is a comparatively good and valuable model on which we can rely.
