The Study of Organizational Agility in Province sport and Adolescent Organization

Abstract
 Analyzing dimensions of organizational agility in province sport and adolescent organizations was the main aim of this study. The statistical population was consisted of province sport and adolescent organizations’ staffs and statistical sample was consisted of the staffs of this kind of organization in Guilan, Zanjan, Fars, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari (326 staffs) in which 273 staffs (83.74%) participated in this research. The research instrument was a questionnaire which was comprised of 62 items that its content and face validity was confirmed by 10 expert university panels. With the use of Cronbach’s alpha score test the internal consistency of the instrument was calculated r=0.98. The exploratory factor analysis with the Varimax rotation was used to assess the main factors of the instrument and 4 factors: human resource management, total quality management, change management, and information and connection management emerged with a total of 55.91% variance explanation. Meanwhile, in staffs’ point of view, total quality management (3.18±0.64) were the most important and strong factors and human resource management (2.83±0.84) was the least important and weakest factor of organizational agility of province sport and adolescent organizations. Sport organization managers with cognition of organizational agility dimensions and criteria could help their organization to more adaptation with environmental changes and use of existing opportunity in today’s dynamic environments and step toward promotion and development of all sport settings.
