Abstract

The aim of thThe aim of the present study was to determine the effect of organizational memory on performance management with the mediating role of organizational agility of physical education departments of medical universities in the country. The research method is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of purpose. The statistics of this study include all senior managers and employees of physical education departments in the universities of medical sciences in the whole country. As a whole, a total of 216 people were selected as the statistical sample. Data collection tools were the Organizational Memory Questionnaire (Ant, 2010), the Standard Performance Management Standards Questionnaire, and Sharifi Zhang's Organizational Agility Questionnaire (2004). In order to analyze the research findings, path analysis and structural and software equations 20 pls and SPSS were used. The results showed that organizational memory and its dimensions have a significant effect on performance management with the mediating role of organizational agility of physical education departments in medical universities of the country. Therefore, in the management of new performance, the goals of the employees and the goals of the organization should be in the same direction, and by creating coordination and providing the necessary guidance by the supervisors, people will feel more and more attached to the organization.
