Abstract

One of the major developments that have shaped the evolution of modern management attitudes to organization and Organizational culture as a single substrate could inhibit or encourage creativity and innovation in organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and the creative of physical education manager & teacher's aspect in Mazandaran province education. Descriptive and correlational research methods and fieldwork was conducted. Sample size of 364 people, according to Morgan, who was randomly determined& measured by OCAQ, Sashkin and etal (2001) (α=0/84) and creativity by the Randssepp (1989) (α=0/83) questionnaires. Data using statistical methods, KS, Spearman to examine the hypothesis at a significance level of (α=0/05) were analyzed using SPSS19 software. Results showed the creativity of teachers 181/22 managers, 181/65 subjects and creativity of 181/49 of the total score was 250. Components of the organizational culture, organizational culture has the highest average power, and coordination working group has the lowest mean. The average organizational culture and 3/37 of the total score for all subjects was 5, which indicates the average of the organizational culture. Between organizational culture and the creative director and physical education teacher education province, there is a significant relationship (α=0/002) & only the component of the organizational culture and creativity, there is a significant relationship between administrators and teachers of physical education (α=0/301). The findings concluded that organizations can agree on the values and beliefs of the organization, adapting to change, according to the people, in harmony and work to align individual and organizational goals can help to increase their creativity.
