Abstract

Todays, among the studies of the organization, the concept of organizational citizenship behavior has attracted the attention of many researchers and managers, Due to that behaviors can be one of the basic ways to increase the effectiveness of organizations the aim of this study was to identify and modeling OF the organization factors affecting in the development of organizational citizenship behavior in Iran Sports organizations. the present study is mixed method research from type of exploratory Which was conducted in two stages of qualitative and quantitative. The study population is including managers and experts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Office of Youth and Sports, Iran, 391 of the population were selected by cluster and simple random sampling methods. In the case of organizational factors results that Job security, Organizational spirituality, Organizational structure, corporate culture, organizational justice, organizational support, encourage and reward systems, job content, training, management competence, management style, quality of working life, are effective in the development of organizational citizenship behavior. according to the findings, it’s recommended that sports organizations administrators and managers to act Holding training classes with a focus on understanding the role and importance of organizational citizenship behavior in advancing the goals of sports organizations.
