Abstract

Knowing the characteristics of the perfect platform to attraction and growth of entrepreneurs is considered as the first and most important issue for today’s organizations. Consolidated and combined studies of the obtained results from different research in the field of organizational entrepreneurship can provide researchers with a new approach to identify comprehensive solutions.Therefore the main goal of this study was the meta analysis of done researches in the field of entreprenership in sport organizations.In this study six masters’ theses and five carried out essays that includs two factors namely empowerment and organizational structure was investigated in the scope of organizational entrepreneurship in Iran sports organizations during the last ten years by comprehensive meta-analysis software. The results of meta-analysis showed that according to Cohen analysis the effect size of organizational structure was week and the empowerment variable reveals an average effect size. In explaining these results, it can be said that attention to entrepreneurship is a dynamic issue and required a proper alignment of factors such as creative and empowerment human resource, procedures and the organization infrastructures.
