Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing Succession Provide a model for recognizing its dimensions and the mechanism of this factors. For this, firstly Exogenous or endogenous variables was extracted Through the Library Studies and after screening and summarization and send To 12 academic and administrative experts for assess the significance of them. Finally the conceptual model developed by the researchers was tested. The Statistical population of this study was all the sports federations of Iran and Wrestling, taekwondo, volleyball and sport climbing Federations were selected as examples. The number of employees of this selected federations was 173 persons. Due to the limited number of them was tested. A researcher questionnaire for assessing the factors associated with the succession was the main measurement instrument in this study.
The findings showed that, Strategic capabilities (by 0.87 of estimated standard coefficient), considering communication (by 0.54 of estimated standard coefficient) and the dynamic interaction of jobs and environmental (by 0.71 of estimated standard coefficient) Have significant direct impact on Succession. This 3 factors also have significant indirect impacts on Succession through Influencing on the Variable of active tend to succession. Considering communication has had the greatest impact (by 1.09 of estimated standard coefficient) on Variable of active tend to succession, but variable of strategic capabilities has had the greatest impact on the Succession.
