تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی سرمایه‌های سازمانی مطالعۀ موردی: فدراسیون‌های ورزشی

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی سرمایه‌های سازمانی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران بوده است. این پژوهش، توصیفی ـ همبستگی و از نوع مطالعات کاربردی است و داده‌های مورد‌نظر با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ محقق‌ساخته گردآوری شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه با استفاده از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه و پایایی از‌طریق ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل: رؤسا، نایب‌رئیسان، دبیران کل، مدیران کمیته¬ها، مربیان و کارشناسان فدراسیون-های ورزشی بوده است و از این جامعه، تعداد 312 نفر با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه¬ای و هدفمند به‌عنوان نمونۀ پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی استفاده شده است. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی منجر به شناسایی هفت عامل فرهنگ سازمانی، یادگیری سازمانی و مدیریت دانش، سیستم‌ها و فرایندهای مدیریت، ساختار سازمانی، نظام مالی، پژوهش، توسعه و تعاملات درون‌سازمانی گردید و یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد که مدل سرمایه‌های سازمانی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی قابل‌برازش و کاربرد می‌باشد. مدل و ابزار سنجش سرمایه‌های سازمانی تدوین‌شده در این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان بخشی از سیستم ارزیابی و گزارش¬دهی عملکرد در فدراسیون¬های ورزشی و همچنین در تدوین برنامه¬های راهبردی، سنجش میزان پیشرفت و نیل به برنامه¬ها، بهینه‌کاوی، تصمیم-گیری و جبران خدمات مورد استفاده و کاربرد قرار گیرد.

Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Organizational Capital Case study (Sports Federations)

چکیده English

The aim of the present study was to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of organizational capital model of Iranian sports federations. This study was descriptive-correlation and an applied research. Questionnaire Validity evaluated by the content and construct validity and reliability was assessed through Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient. The population included presidents, vice presidents, general secretaries, committee’s managers, coaches and experts in sports federations of Islamic Republic of Iran. From this population, 312 people selected by the targeted sampling method. In order to data collection a researcher made questionnaire was used and in order to data analyses, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was applied. The result of exploratory factor analysis of organizational capital indicators shows that this concept consists of seven factors named organizational culture, organizational learning and knowledge management, management systems and processes, organizational structure, financial systems, research and development, and inter organizational relations. The reliability of the instrument was 0.87. The result of testing the factorial structure and confirmatory factor analysis of organizational capital model show that the model had a good fit and its factorial structure is acceptable. Model and tools derived from this study can be served as a supplement to the financial reporting system, decision making, performance reporting system, and also in developing strategic plans, benchmarking, and compensation system in the sports federation.
