Abstract
Violent in football is a social phenomenon that reflects the audience's readiness for aggression in the soccer fields. The aim of this study was to identify factors affecting law enforcement and social control in the capital derby league. This research is categorized under descriptive-survey research groups and is an applied one. Library and field study techniques and questionnaire was used for data collection. To confirm the scientific accuracy and validity of the measurement result to ensure content validity methods (survey of experts) and construct validity (convergent validity, the variance explained) and to ensure the reliability of the questions (Cronbach's alpha) was used. The Statistical population included 40 experts in law enforcement and all considered. Spss software using univariate analysis and evaluation of data as central tendency and dispersion were analyzed. For solidarity and significant relationship (to generalize to the statistical population) and the Spearman correlation coefficient to assess the extent and intensity of their relationship, so Tau-B Kendall coefficient was used. The research results showed that with the strengthening of management of the stadiums, the use of special and experienced agents, detect and prevent unsuitable persons from entering the stadiums, increase the impact of socialization factors, increased attention to the impact of the situation, the use of qualified judges, a true reflection of non-exaggerated news from the sporting press, increasing facilities to the audience in the stadium and provide appropriate behavioral patterns, can be controlled to make the most of fans' violence.
