Today, development in champion sport is a symbol of power in countries and undoubtedly sport marketing causes survival and growth in champion sport in all levels. Therefore the object of this study was to evaluate the obstacles of Iran’s sport marketing development. The obstacles were classified in four groups: 1- Political obstacles, 2- Obstacles are relevant to rules, 3- Scientific, specialty and research obstacles, and 4- Technical, managerial and organizational obstacles; after library studies and conversation by eminent masters of sport management. The research’s statistics samples were 14 people of eminent masters of sport management; 19 people of top-level managers in NOC and sport & youth ministry; 18 people of top-level managers in federations and professional clubs; and 14 people of top-level managers in economical companies. For gathering the information used of two questionnaires: 1- seven scales (by 20 questions) and 2- dual comparison between obstacles (by 47 questions) and for analyzing them used of AHP& TOPSIS methods in Fuzzy Environment. The research’s results indicated that no believing to sport marketing for accessing to income among industrial companies’ top-level managers, no giving attention to sport within other economic sectors, no compatibility between financing in sport and policy in development, no economic laws that encourage financiers to invest in sport marketing, and no possibility in indication of sport marketing’s accurate income for investors, are the most important of Iran’s sport marketing development obstacles.

Based upon conflicting of economic, social, cultural, and ecological indices role on sports medals, this study was conducted to identify influential factors of athletic performance in Iran. The present study was performed as a descriptive-analytical field design during 2005 to 2009. The statistical sample was equal to population and consisted of 30 the Youth and Sports Organization of Iran. The number of world and Asia Sport medals was determined as the championship performance of each province. The Gross Domestic production, population, life expectancy, Gini coefficient, educational rate and Climate condition were determined by a questionnaire from statistical center of Iran. The normal data was analyzed by the multiple regression method. The total sport medals in 2005 were about 62 percent higher than in 2009. GDP, life expectancy, climate conditions and Gini coefficient in interaction together have effect on the championship sport performance. According to the results, it can conclude that the increase of GDP, improve income distribution and health indicators (life expectancy) in the provinces of Iran have effect on improvement of the championship sport performance.
Happening of lots of major sport event and survival of many sport organizations depends on volunteers. Many countries use volunteers for improvement of their official plans as well as lots of sport organizations for organizing their major events like Olympic and universal games. So, the aim of this research is developing a patent for sport volunteering management of Iran. To this extent, qualitative research method was conducted through Delphi interviews with experts of sport volunteering management. Theoretical sampling method was used and 12 experts were interviewed. Through Grounded theory and with open coding process, different elements of sport volunteer management were found. Then, these elements formed 6 categories which were managerial, organizational, cultural-social and economic factors, type of event and type of volunteers. Eventually these categories placed in coding paradigm and relation between them was connected. This paradigm includes core phenomena, casual condition, context condition, strategies and consequences. So sport volunteering management patent of Iran was developed.

The aim of the present study was to exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of organizational capital model of Iranian sports federations. This study was descriptive-correlation and an applied research. Questionnaire Validity evaluated by the content and construct validity and reliability was assessed through Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient. The population included presidents, vice presidents, general secretaries, committee’s managers, coaches and experts in sports federations of Islamic Republic of Iran. From this population, 312 people selected by the targeted sampling method. In order to data collection a researcher made questionnaire was used and in order to data analyses, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was applied. The result of exploratory factor analysis of organizational capital indicators shows that this concept consists of seven factors named organizational culture, organizational learning and knowledge management, management systems and processes, organizational structure, financial systems, research and development, and inter organizational relations. The reliability of the instrument was 0.87. The result of testing the factorial structure and confirmatory factor analysis of organizational capital model show that the model had a good fit and its factorial structure is acceptable. Model and tools derived from this study can be served as a supplement to the financial reporting system, decision making, performance reporting system, and also in developing strategic plans, benchmarking, and compensation system in the sports federation. <br /> <br /><br /><br />

The purpose of this study was to the survey of environmental factors affecting on sport entrepreneurship and developing a model. The research was descriptive analytical one and was conducted as a survey. Statistical population consisted of sport clubs managers, top managers in sport organization, PhD students and professors at sport management. On the basis of regression analysis, there was significant relationship between structure and educational planning with entrepreneurship development, but it about elements such as technology and developmental policies was not significant. So, can be said that fortifying and developing structural factors influence development entrepreneurship in sport and elements including technology and developmental policies didn’t have any effect on sport entrepreneurship in Iran. It seems considering policies without application and ineffective training and unsuitable technology regarding society needs didn’t have any significant effect on sport entrepreneurship.

The purpose of this study was Structural equation modeling of relation between communication skill with management skill and the effect of that on organizational culture in sport organization. Descriptive study was conducted through a survey. The study population consisted of Islam Shahr city’s Sport Managers. Statistical society of this research was 127. As the samples was same Statistical society. Measuring instruments consisted of demographic questions, communication skills, management skill and organizational culture questionnaire. Statistical methods included analysis of both descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS software and software LISREL and structural equation modeling was performed to assess the relationships between variables. The results show that the communication skills and management skills and organizational culture, there is significant relationship, the output shows the application of structural equation model is appropriate. So planning for improve communication skills and management skills in sport mangers is one of the most important factor for sport organizations.
