		<Abstract>The purpose of   this study was to feasibility of implementing TQM in the physical education department has Mazandaran province. The research method was descriptive survey of 125 employees selected. Results were analyzed using SPSS statistical software, t-test and Friedman test univariate. The results showed that all six factors: senior management commitment, responsibility and service, employee training, employee participation, physical, tangible data significant is the average score. The highest responsibility and employee training in quality management had lower ranks. The findings suggest that a comprehensive quality management system in all six variables in the physical education department of the province and is enforceable.</Abstract>
