The purpose of this study was to survey the men sport coaches’ problems. The statistical population was men sport coaches (334 coaches) that working with Arak sport bodies. The statistical sample consisted of 180 coaches that 108 of them completed coaches problems questionnaire (α = 0.85). Factor analysis statistic test used to analyze the data. The results showed that the participants have been confronted with some problems on areas such as organizational, other coaches, media, sport spaces and equipments, personal lives and athletes which influence on their coaching. Solving these problems by suggested operational ways such as developing job career, and creating positive job climate can help coaches so they perform their key duties and help to men sport development.
