The present study was a qualitative research and the qualitative content analysis method was used to analyze the data. The statistical population of the present study included experts in the field of sustainable development, managers and technical engineers of the stadiums where the Iranian Football Premier League was held in the years 1398 to 1399 Iran. Access to research samples was done by purposeful sampling method and then continued by snowball method. Finally, after conducting interviews with 12 people, theoretical saturation was obtained. After collecting and analyzing the interviews, 42 open codes were obtained, which were divided into 10 pivotal categories. Finally, from the obtained categories, three concepts of environmental management (pivotal categories of green development, green space development, pollution management), energy resources management (water resources management, electricity management, gas resources management), social and cultural management (categories of social conflict management, justice and civil rights respect, charitable activities, culturalization) were obtained. The results of this research can be used in the construction of green stadiums based on sustainable development. in addition to this, ,the result of this research can also be used in the policy making and creating strategical program of sustainable development in the country sport. هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی الزامات و اقدامات مدیریتی سبز در راستای توسعه پایدار استادیوم های فوتبال ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر به شیوه کیفی انجام شد و برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل خبرگان و صاحب نظران در حوزه توسعه پایدار، مدیران و مهندسین فنی استادیوم‌های محل برگزاری لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران در سال‌های 1398تا 1399 ایران بودند. دسترسی به نمونه های پژوهش به شیوة نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و سپس به شیوه گلوله برفی ادامه یافت. در نهایت پس از انجام مصاحبه با 12نفر اشباع نظری حاصل شد. پس از جمع آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها تعداد 42 کد باز بدست آمد که در 10 مقوله محوری قرار گرفتند. در نهایت نیز از مقوله های بدست آمده، سه مفهوم مدیریت زیست‌محیطی(مقوله های محوری مدیریت عمرانی سبز، توسعه فضای سبز، مدیریت منابع آلودگی) مدیریت منابع انرژی(مقوله های مدیرت منابع آب، مدیریت منابع برق، مدیریت منابع گاز) مدیریت اجتماعی و فرهنگی(مقوله های مدیریت تعارض اجتماعی، رعایت عدالت و حقوق شهروندی، فعایت های خیریه ، فرهنگ سازی) شناسایی شدند. از نتایج این پژوهش می توان در زمینه ساخت استادیوم های سبز و مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار سود برد. علاوه بر این از نتایج این پژوهش می توان برای سیاست گذاری و تدوین برنامة راهبردی توسعه پایدار در ورزش کشور استفاده شود. https://smrj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_2352_92049debbe566ca5782a3045cf300a3c.pdf
