همگرایی صادرات گروه کالاهای ورزشی در ایران: رهیافت گشتاور تعمیمیافته
امروزه، بخش اقتصاد و صنعت ورزش بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین بخشهای اقتصادی در تمامی کشورها بهخصوص کشورهای درحالتوسعه موردتوجه است. صادرات کالاهای ورزشی همواره یکی از موضوعهای موردبحث تصمیمگیران اقتصادی درزمینة اقتصاد ورزش است؛ بنابراین، با توجه به اهمیت این بخش از اقتصاد ورزش، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی همگرایی گروه کالاهای صادراتی سالهای 1391- 1371 صنعت ورزش در ایران انجام شد. روش پژوهش بهصورت جفتقیمتی با استفاده از روشهای همگرایی بتا و سیگما برای بررسی همگرایی این گروهبندی از روش اقتصادسنجی گشتاور تعمیمیافته بود. گروهبندی کالاها شامل پوشاک، کفش، توپ و تجهیزات ورزشی بود. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که همگرایی بتا در گروه کالاهای صادراتی ورزشی وجود داشت و ضریب همگرایی برابر با 674/0 بود که بیانگر برخورداری این همگرایی از سرعت بالا بود و این ضریب بهلحاظ آماری معنادار بود. همچنین، نتایج آزمون همگرایی سیگما تأییدکنندة وجود همگرایی و کاهندهبودن انحرافات گروهها درطی زمان بود. این ضریب نیز بهلحاظ آماری معنادار بود. با توجه به نتایج آزمون روشهای همگرایی بتا و سیگما در گروه کالاهای صادراتی صنعت ورزش، وجود همگرایی گروه کالاهای این صنعت تصدیق میشود.

طراحی مدل الزامات پیادهسازی بازاریابی اجتماعی در ورزشهای تفریحی کشور با استفاده از نظریة دادهبنیاد
بازاریابی اجتماعی برای رفع معضلات اجتماعی و جایگزینکردن الگوی رفتاری سالم در جامعه تلاش میکند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل الزامات پیادهسازی مطلوب بازاریابی اجتماعی در ورزشهای تفریحی کشور بود. روش پژوهش کیفی بود که با راهبرد نظریة داده بنیاد انجام شد. بدینمنظور، با 19 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان بهصورت هدفمند و با روش گلولهبرفی مصاحبههای عمیق ساختارنیافته انجام شد و دادهها بهصورت همزمان با استفاده از رویکرد گلیزری که شامل مجموعهای از کدگذاریهای باز، انتخابی و نظری است، تحلیل شدند. پس از تمامی مراحل کدگذاری، مدل نهایی بهدست آمد. یافتهها نشان داد که مقولههای اصلی مدل عبارتاند از: فرهنگ مشارکت، قابلیت دسترسی به اماکن و فضاهای ورزشی، هزینة مشارکت، ارتباطات بازاریابی اجتماعی (ترویج)، مدیریت و رفتار مطلوب و مزایای آن. مؤلفههای مقولهها بهترتیب شامل این موارد هستند: خردهفرهنگها، ارزشها و رفتارهای هنجاری، خانواده و طبقة اجتماعی برای مقولة فرهنگ مشارکتو فضاهای روباز؛ دسترسی آسان، آموزش، نیازسنجی دقیق برای مقولة قابلیت دسترسی و کارتهای اوقاتفراغت؛ دورههای رایگان، راهبرد متفاوت قیمتگذاری، تخفیفات کاربردی برای مقولة هزینة مشارکت و برنامهریزی، سازماندهی، مدیریت اماکن و تجهیزات، شبکهسازی، ارزیابی و کنترل برای مقولة مدیریت و درنهایت، مزایای حاصل از رفتار مطلوب، به عنوان مؤلفههای مدل نهایی پژوهش حاضر هستند.

تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر وضعیت باشگاههای بدنسازی ایران با رویکرد کیفی
هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل وضعیت باشگاههای بدنسازی ایران بود. نوع پژوهش، اکتشافی و کیفی با رویکرد ساختگرایانه بود که از روش نظریة دادهبنیاد استفاده شد. کارشناسان و صاحبنظران فدراسیون و هیئتهای بدنسازی، وزارت و ادارات کل ورزشوجوانان، مدیران، مربیان و مشتریان باشگاههای بدنسازی و برخی اساتید دانشگاهی درمجموع به تعداد 38 نفر، جامعة آماری پژوهش حاضر را تشکیل دادند. نمونهگیری با روش هدفمند و با تکنیک گلولهبرفی از پنج استان و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها، در مرحلة اول از مطالعات کتابخانهای و نیز بررسی آییننامهها، اسناد، کتب و سایتهای اینترنتی و در مرحلة دوم از مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته با شرکت کنندگان در پژوهش به شکل سؤالهای باز استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از کدگذاری سهمرحلهای باز، محوری و گزینشی با نرمافزار مکس کیودای نسخة 10 استفاده شد. در مرحلة اول، 427 کد استخراج شدند که در 34 مفهوم تقسیم بندی شدند. در مرحلة دوم، مفاهیم تلخیص شدند و درقالب سه مقولة اصلی درونباشگاهی، برونباشگاهی و واسطهای تقسیمبندی شدند و در مرحلة آخر، براساس ارتباط مقولهها با یکدیگر مدل پژوهش استخراج شد. مدل مستخرج با روش گروه کانونی تأیید مجدد شد. این مدل میتواند در ایجاد فضای سالم در باشگاههای بدنسازی، ایجاد درآمد پایدار و مناسب، کمک به تولید اشتغال در باشگاهها، توسعة فرهنگ و اخلاق، افزایش رضایت مشتری و بهبود نگرش مثبت جامعه به این رشتة ورزشی کمک کند.

ارزش پیشنهادی به مشتری درمدل کسبوکارهای ورزشی
ارزش پیشنهادی، دلیل ترجیح یک شرکت نسبت به سایر شرکتها توسط مشتریان است. هر ارزش پیشنهادی متشکل از بستهای منتخب از محصولات یا خدمات است که نیازهای یک بخش از مشتریان را برآورده میکند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مؤلفههای ارزش پیشنهادی به مشتریبهعنوان یکی از مؤلفههای نهگانة مدل کسبوکار استروالدر بود. این پژوهش ازنوعکاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری، مالکان و مدیران کسبوکارهای خدمات ورزشیو نیز خبرگان دانشگاهی بودند. تعداد 21 نفر با استفاده از راهبرد نمونهگیری گلولهبرفی و بهصورت هدفمند و غیرتصادفی تا مرحلة اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. مصاحبهها باز و نیمهساختاریافته انجام شدند. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و کدگذاری باز، محوری و تم انجام شد و مؤلفههای ارزش پیشنهادی به مشتری در حوزة خدمات ورزشی شناسایی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که ارائة خدمات آموزشی به مشتری، خدمات مشاوره، خدمات رفاهی، خدمات سلامتی،تندرستی، تفریحی، پاسخگویی به نیازهای احساسی و خدمات پزشکی ورزشی، مهمترین ارزشهای قابلارائه در کسبوکارهای ورزشی بودند. پس از آن، پاسخگویی به نیازهای مالی و فروش محصولات در رتبههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. براساس یافتهها، به مدیران کسبوکارهای ورزشی پیشنهاد میشود با تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان، ارزش پیشنهادی رقبا و تحلیل درونی و بیرونی کسبوکار خود، نسبت به خلق مؤلفههای ارزش پیشنهادی مشتریان بهعنوان عنصر کلیدی رقابت در کسبوکارهای خدماتی ورزشی توجه ویژهای داشته باشند.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی شاخصهای استعدادیابی ورزش جودو در ایران
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویتبندی شاخصهای استعدادیابی ورزش جودو در ایران بود. روش انجام پژوهش، آمیخته (در بخش کیفی، روش دلفی کلاسیک تعدیلشده و در بخش کمی، توصیفی- تحلیلی) بود. جامعة آماری در بخش کیفی مسئولان و اعضای کمیتههای فدراسیون، مربیان تیمهای ملی و تعدادی از اساتید استعدادیابی ورزشی (تعداد = 30) و در بخش کمی، اعضای فدراسیون، مربیان و ورزشکاران تیم ملی، مسئولان هیئتها، کارشناسان و اساتید دانشگاه (تعداد = 105) بودند. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند و دردسترس انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامة پژوهشگرساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر 12 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (79/0 = α) بهدست آمد. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانیها و رسم جداول) و استنباطی (تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و آزمون فریدمن) به کمک نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس. نسخة 20 انجام شد و نیز تحلیل عامل تأییدی به کمک نرمافزار لیزرل نسخه 5/8 انجام گرفت. براساس نتایج، شاخصهای استعدادیابی جودو بهترتیب اولویت عبارت بودند از: ویژگیهای مهارتی، جسمانی و فیزیولوژیک، پیکرسنجی و روانشناختی. با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش، مسئولان فدراسیون باید به شاخصهای استعدادیابی مختص به ورزش جودو توجه ویژه کنند. بدونتردید، نگاه علمی به فرایند استعدادیابی میتواند در راه اعتلای ورزش جودو ایران ازطریق کسب موفقیت ورزشکاران در مسابقات و رویدادهای ورزشی جودو مفید واقع شود.

بازاریابی حسی و اعتماد به برند مشتریان فروشگاههای ورزشی
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی بازاریابی حسی و اعتماد به برند مشتریان فروشگاههای ورزشی استان مازندران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی وروش جمعآوری اطلاعات ازنوع میدانی بود. جامعة آماری کلیه مشتریان فروشگاههای ورزشی نایک، آدیداس، ریبوک، پوما و مجید در استان مازندران بودند که با توجه به حجم جامعة نامحدود، براساس فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 نفر با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامة بازاریابی حسی حسینی و پورکیانی (1394) و اعتماد مشتریان یوچارونکیت (2014) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامهها به تأیید 10 نفر از اساتید تربیتبدنی رسید و پایایی آنها براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهترتیب 87/0 و 88/0 بهدست آمد. برای آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از ضریب کشیدگی بهنجار شده، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس. وآموس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین بازاریابی حسی و اعتماد به برند مشتریان فروشگاههای ورزشی استان مازندران ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، حس بینایی، حس بویایی و حس شنوایی تأثیر معنادار و مثبتی بر اعتماد مشتریان فروشگاههای ورزشی استان مازندران داشتند؛ اما حس چشایی و حس لامسه تأثیر معناداری بر اعتماد مشتریان ورزشی نداشتند. همچنین، همة شاخصهای برازش مدل نشاندهندة برازش مطلوب بودند. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان لزوم توسعه و بسط شاخصههای بازاریابی حسی ازجمله حسهای بینایی، بویایی و شنوایی را بااهمیت دانست. بدیهی است که با ایجاد تجربة حسی مشتریان در فروشگاههای ورزشی و ایجاد رابطة عاطفی میزان اعتماد مشتریان بهبود مییابد.

اعتباریابی پرسشنامة ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی سازمانی
اینپژوهشباهدفساخت واعتبارسنجیابزاریبرایارزیابیوسنجشادراک رفتارهای سیاسی انجامشدهاست. جامعة آماری پژوهش همة کارکنان وزارت ورزشوجوانان به تعداد 1171 نفر بود. برای برآورد حجم نمونه از نرمافزار تعیین حجم نمونه استفاده شد که حجم نمونه تعداد 530 نفر برآورد شد. شایان ذکراستکهاینپژوهش،توصیفی وازنوعمطالعاتهمبستگیبود. روایی صوریومحتواییابزارپژوهشتوسطگروهیازاساتیدصاحبنظرورواییسازةآنبهوسیلةتحلیلعاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدیمبتنیبر مدلمعادلاتساختاریتأییدشد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای اس.پی.اس.س، اس.پی.اس.س سمپل پاور و آموس، استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که نتیجة آزمون کرویت بارتلت در سطح معناداری 001/0 = Sig بود و این بدانمعنی است که متغیرها به اندازة کافی همبستگی بالایی داشتند تا پایهای منطقی برای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی فراهم آورند. همچنین، نتایج شاخصهای برازش مدل اندازهگیری نشان داد که پرسشنامة ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی سازمانی از شرایط مطلوبی برخوردار بود.در آخر، نتایج برازش مدل ساختاری بیانگر آن بود که همة مؤلفههای «رفتارهای سیاسی عمومی، موفقیت بهواسطة همکاری، سیاست پرداخت و ارتقا» برازش مدل را تأیید میکنند.بهطورکلی، نتایجپژوهشحاکی از آن است کهبااستفاده از پرسشنامة ادراک رفتارهای سیاسی میتوانبهطورقابلقبولی خصیصههای رفتارهای سیاسی را در وزارت ورزش و دیگر سازمانهای ورزشی اندازهگیریکرد. استفادهازاینپرسشنامهمیتواندراهگشایبسیاریازپژوهشهاییباشدکهدر آنهااندازهگیریادراک رفتارهای سیاسیازاهمیتویژهایبرخوردارخواهد بود.

نقش مسئولیتهای اجتماعی در نگرش هواداران فوتبال ایران
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تعیین نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی در نگرش هواداران نسبت به تیم در فوتبال ایران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و ازنوع همبستگی بود. همة هواداران بالای 18 سال تیمهای حاضر در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران در فصل 95 ـ1394 جامعة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه براساس روش تحلیل عاملی دو تا 10 برابر تعداد گویههای پرسشنامه انتخاب شد و درنهایت، تعداد 640 پرسشنامه تحلیل آماری شدند. دادههای موردنیاز برای تحلیل مدل نظری با استفاده از چهار پرسشنامة مسئولیت اجتماعی (منتظری و همکاران، 2017)، تصویر تیم (چان، 2008)، وفاداری نگرشی (گلادن و فانک، 2001) و هویت تیمی (هییر و همکاران، 2011)، پس از گرفتن روایی (صوری، محتوا و سازه) و اعتبارسنجی گردآوری شدند. برای محاسبة پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ و برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. مدل معادلة ساختاری نشان داد که شاخصهای کلی برازش مدل ساختاری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشتند؛ بدینترتیب، میتوان بیان کرد که مسئولیت اجتماعی در فوتبال بر نگرش هواداران نقش مثبت و مؤثری دارد. بهعلاوه، اثر غیرمستقیم مسئولیت اجتماعی بر وفاداری نگرشی هواداران معنادار بود و دراینمیان، تصویر تیم و هویت تیمی نقش میانجی ایفا کردند؛ برایناساس، مسئولیت اجتماعی دارای اثری مثبت هم بهطور مستقیم و هم بهطور غیر مستقیم بر ذهن و نگرش هواداران است؛ ازاینرو، به مدیریت تیمهای ورزشی توصیه میشود علایق هواداران در مسائل و موضوعهای اجتماعی را درنظر داشته باشند و طرحهای مختلف مسئولیت اجتماعی را در برنامههای بلند مدت خود قرار دهند.

ارتباط کیفیت خدمات (برمبنای مدل کیواسک) با رضایتمندی و تمایل به حضور مجدد دانشجویان در فعالیتهای فوقبرنامه ورزشی
امروزه، توجه به نیازهای مشتریان و پاسخگویی به خواستههای آنان در میادین ورزشی ازطریق بهبود کیفیت خدمات و جلب رضایت مشتریان، امری مهم و ضروری تلقی میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ارتباط کیفیت خدمات (برمبنای مدل کیواسک) با رضایتمندی و تمایل به حضور مجدد دانشجویان در فعالیتهای فوقبرنامة ورزشی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد همدان بود. این پژوهش، توصیفی و ازنوع همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل آن دسته از دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی همدان شد که از برنامههای فوقبرنامة ورزشی دانشگاه استفاده میکردند. با توجه به فرمول کوکران، 384 نفر بهعنوان نمونة پژوهش انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش کیفیت خدمات از پرسشنامة کیواسک استفاده شد. میزان رضایت مشتریان با پرسشنامة رضایت مشتری او سی اس سنجیده شد و برای سنجش حضور مجدد از پرسشنامة رفتار آتی بی اف آی اس استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن، رگرسیون، ویلکاکسون و فریدمن تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین کیفیت خدمات با رضایتمندی و تمایل به حضور مجدد رابطة مثبتی وجود داشت. همچنین، 5/7 درصد از تغییرات واریانس رضایتمندی، ازطریق کیفیت خدمات و 22 درصد از تغییرات واریانس تمایل به حضور مجدد، ازطریق کیفیت خدمات قابلتبیین بودند. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش پیشنهاد میشود به امر کیفیت خدمات در باشگاههای ورزشی توجهی ویژه شود تا با افزایش کیفیت خدمات، رضایتمندی و تمایل به حضور مجدد در افراد بیشتر شود.

مدلسازی نقش تعاملی ساختار پارکها، محل زندگی و فعالیت بدنی (مطالعة موردی: ساکنان شهر اهواز)
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تعاملی ساختار پارکها و وضعیت محل زندگی بر فعالیت بدنی شهروندان اهوازی بود. روش پژوهش ازنوع پیمایشی و بهلحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود. 370 نفر از افراد مراجعهکننده به پارکهای سطح شهر اهواز برای انجام فعالیت بدنی نمونة آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، پرسشنامة پژوهشگرساخته بود که در دو بخش وضعیت محل زندگی (14 سؤال) و ساختار پارکها (17 سؤال) تنظیم شد. این پرسشنامه پس از تأیید روایی محتوا و سازة آن ازطریق تحلیلعاملی، دراختیار جامعةآماریقرارگرفت. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری در محیط نرمافزار پی.ال.اس. تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که وضعیت محل زندگی و ساختار پارکها بر فعالیت بدنی شهروندان اهوازی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری داشتند و نیز ساختار پارکها، اثری تعدیلکننده بر فعالیت بدنی افراد گذاشتند. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، در شرایطی که امکان تغییر محل زندگی افراد و شاخصهای مرتبط با آن مانند همجواری وجود نداشته باشد، با تجهیز و افزایش کیفیت امکانات ورزشی و رفاهی پارکها میتوان اثرهای منفی و مشکلات ناشی از محل زندگی افراد را که موانعی در استفاده از پارکها بهشمار میروند، مرتفع کرد و زمینة گرایش هرچهبیشتر شهروندان به انجام فعالیتهای بدنی را فراهم آورد.

در دنیای پیچیدة امروز، سازمانها همواره در تلاش برای گسترش تواناییها و ظرفیتهای کارکنان با هدف ارتقای بهرهوری و کارایی سازمانی هستند. پژوهش حاضر از دستة مطالعات نیمهتجربی بههمراه پیشآزمون- پسآزمون دو گروهی و مطالعة پیگیری بود که با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخلة آموزشی مهارتهای هفتگانة مدیریت کوانتومی بر رضایت شغلی، دلبستگی شغلی و تعهد سازمانی معلمان تربیتبدنی ناحیة سه شهر اصفهان انجام شده است. بدینمنظور، 29 نفر از معلمان مرد تربیتبدنی ناحیة سة اصفهان بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به روش تصادفی ساده در دو گروه آزمایش (14 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش، ابزارهای اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامههای استاندارد رضایت شغلی مینهسوتا (1967)، دلبستگی شغلی لوداهل و کنجر (1965) و تعهد سازمانی میر و آلن (1991) بود. گروه آزمایش بهمدت هشت جلسه درطول یک ماه در کلاسهای آموزشی مهارتهای مدیریت کوانتومی شرکت کردند و هر دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، قبل، بعد و پس از گذشت سه ماه از مداخله با ابزارهای این پژوهش آزمایش شدند. از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس برای تحلیل دادههای بهدستآمده از ابزارهای اندازهگیری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مداخلة آموزشی مهارتهای مدیریت کوانتومی بهطور معناداری بر افزایش میانگین نمرات رضایت شغلی، وابستگی شغلی و تعهد سازمانی معلمان تربیتبدنی، بهترتیب به میزان 19/14، 19/8 و 73/12 تأثیرگذار بود که این تأثیر پس از گذشت سه ماه از مداخله ماندگار بود؛ برهمیناساس، به مسئولان مربوطه در وزارت آموزشوپرورش پیشنهاد میشود با آموزش مهارتهای هفتگانة مدیریت کوانتومی به معلمان تربیتبدنی، درجهت ارتقای نگرشهای شغلی و حرفهای آنان گام بردارند.

تأثیر شخصیت برند تیمی بر ترجیح و وفاداری به برند تیمهای فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر شخصیت برند تیمهای فوتبال بر ترجیح برند و وفاداری به برند تیمهای استقلال و پرسپولیس تهران در لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود. این پژوهشازنظرهدف،کاربردی،ازنظرنحوةگردآوریاطلاعات،توصیفیومبتنیبرمدلمعادلاتساختاریبود. جامعة آماری پژوهش هواداران تیمهای فوتبال پرسپولیس و استقلال تهران بودند که تعداد 441 نفر بهعنوان نمونه، بهصورت تصادفیدر ورزشگاههایی که بهصورت هدفمند برای انجام پژوهش درنظر گرفته شده بودند، انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامههای ترجیح برند چن و چنگ (2008) و وفاداری برند هی (2012) بهعنوان ابزارهای پژوهش بهکار گرفته شدند. پرسشنامة شخصیت برند نیز برمبنای ابعاد اصلی شخصیت برند آکر (1997) طراحی و استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرهای متخصصان بازاریابی ورزشی و مدیریت برند تأیید شد و پایایی پرسشنامههای پژوهش براساس آلفای کرونباخ برایپرسشنامههای شخصیت برند، وفاداری به برند و ترجیح برند، بهترتیب 86/0، 91/0 و 79/0 برآورد شد. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس. نسخة 20 و نرمافزار ایموس نسخة 18 و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که اثر شخصیت برند بر ترجیح برند با مقدار 51/0 β =، اثر شخصیت برند بر وفاداری به برند با مقدار 46/0β = و تأثیر ترجیح برند بر وفاداری به برند با مقدار 58/0β = بود. این پژوهش منافع وجود شخصیت برند و ارزش آن را برای تیمهای فوتبال در کسب وفاداری هواداران مشخص میکند.
