The Purpose of this study is investigation of the relationship between coaching leadership styles and team cohesion and achievement motivation in selected athletes in Iran's premier league teams. The study method is descriptive and is of correlative type. Survey community consists of 414 athletes participating in premier league teams in the season of 2012-2013. For collecting information, questionnaires were used. For getting the reliable test of the questionnaires Cronbach Alpha was used that showed coaching leadership method (α=0/91), team cohesion (α=0/93) and achievement motivation (α=0/88). For checking leadership the method used was Cheladurai questionnaire (1978), for checking team cohesion Chen questionnaire (2007) was used and for achievement motivation Chen questionnaire (2007) was used. For analyzing the data, Kolmogorov–Smirnov, Pearson’s correlation test, Scheffe Posthoc analysis and linear regression analysis were used by application of SPSS version 18. Survey tests (P≤%5) were checked. Study results showed that there is meaningful relationship between coaching leadership style, team cohesion, coaching leadership style and achievement motivation. So considering the findings of the study, it’s found that the use of different styles of coaching and different behavior styles will change team cohesion and achievement motivation that could affect coaching task and athlete and this case clarifies the importance of the relationship between the coach and the athlete.

The purpose of this study was performance evaluation’s indicators of the head coaches in professional volleyball premier League of Iran from the coaches and athletes point of views. The statistical population of this study included all the head coaches and coaches (24 persons), and (144 persons) employed in volleyball premier league of iran (2012-2013). The statistical sample contained number to statistical population and finally 138 individuals (82 percent) paticipated in the present study. A researcher made questionnaire was used which included 42 performance evaluation indicators of the volleyball head- coaches gathered by a semi-directed interview and was used in a five valued likert measure. The apparent and content validity of this questionnaire was also confirmed by 18 experienced expert and coaches of volleyball. The reliability was also computed through alpha kronbakh method (α= 0.93). In order to analyze the data, the discovery factor analysis metod with the inclined rotation (direct oblimined rotation) was used. According to the factor analysis results, eleven indicators were eliminated; and 31 remain in indicators, were categorized with the special value of bigger than one in to the following factors; team management, professional relationship, social-relationship skill, psychological skill, experience and athletic background factor and technical skills. From the responders point of views, the following factors in order were considered as the most important dimension in coaches performance evaluation indicators; social-relationship skill, team management, psychological skill, professional relationship and experience and athletic background. The indicator of team discipline during practices and games was in the first priority and the indicator of relationship with media was in the last priority. In general the club managers and specialists could use basis and important indicators and factors in order to evaluation the head coaches. However, considering the high priority of the social-relationship skill and team management factors, evaluation these skills is very necessary for the head-coaches that gained the technical qualifications.

The purpose of this study The role of perceived service quality factors in the development of football in the capital derby spectators Citizenship Behavior. All statistical community spectators watching football for over 18 years, the two teams were Persepolis and Esteghlal Azadi Stadium in September 91. Since the volume of the statistical population of more than 75,000 people, according to Morgan statistical sample, 384 subjects were selected to collect data from a stratified random sampling method was used.
The data was collect, from Two questionnaires, Ko (2006) service quality questionnaire, and Groth (2005) citizenship behavior questionnaire that their validities was approved from 8 sport management Experts. Their reliabilities were test by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and they were respectively 0.84 and 0.79 for service quality and citizenship behavior questionnaires. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the service quality of dimensions and citizenship behavior (p<0.05). Also, Program quality coefficient beta (0/51) predicts a stronger interaction quality, environmental quality and outcome quality coefficient order beta (0/39, 0/43, 0/13) for Citizenship Behavior.

The purpose of this study was identifying and prioritizing of barriers of achievement medal in wrestling in Iran unsuccessful provinces based on perspective of experts of this field. Using purposive and incidental sampling 110 people such as managers of wrestling federation and provincial delegations (25 persons), academic experts (15 persons), Coaches of grade І (30 persons) and elite wrestlers in national level (40 persons) were selected as sample. The instrument used in this research was a self-made questionnaire included 37 questions and 8 subscales that its face, content and construct validity was approved. Also its reliability was measured 0.89 by Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods (Friedman test and exploratory factor analysis) was used for data analysis. All of statistical calculations were done through SPSS18 software. Results showed that cultural, geographic, and of media barriers, financial issues, management and planning, infrastructure, facilities, holding competitions and camps, training and technology issues, human resources and discovery and development of talent, respectively were most important barriers of achievement medal in wrestling in Iran unsuccessful provinces. With regarding to importance of these factors in wrestling development, it is recommended to the country sport responsibilities through providing appropriate programs and with resolving existing problems try to provide conditions for wrestlers of these provinces to get medals in important Olympic Games.

Talent identification process was one of the most important issues in contemporary sports. The purpose of this research was to assess Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) of Quality Assessment of Sports Talent Development System Questionnaire (QASTDSQ). The research method was descriptive - survey and performed in practical way. Participants included all coaches, athletes, experts of sporting federations and commissions and physical education experts that 460 person finally completed questionnaire. After content validity, used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and CFA and Cronbakh alpha for reliability and validity of questionnaire. Result of CFA showed that six factor of questionnaire was a good factorial structure and reliability of questionnaire with Cronbakh alpha for six factors showed the range between 0.78 – 0.85. X2/df=1.65, RMSEA=0.06 indexes and NFI=0.94, NNFI=0.91, CFI=0.96, GFI=0.92, six factor structure of QASTDSQ has good fit. Ultimately, The questionnaire Can be used In the studies the quality of talent evaluation system In federations and sports.

The purpose of this study was to Relationship between privatization and productivity gymnasium view directors and heads of delegations in Mazandaran province. To this end, 242 managers and heads of delegations, privatization barriers questionnaire voluntarily completed the exercise and enjoyment of the sport. 5-axis scale privatization barriers (to improve management and enhance service, employee satisfaction and teacher satisfaction, customer satisfaction, investment (profitability) and financial liabilities to the private sector) and scale efficiency of 4-Axis Sport (efficiency, effectiveness quality, service and customer satisfaction gyms) are evaluated. Data were examined using Pearson on (α≤0.05) analyzed using SPSS statistical software was used. The results showed that all subscales were significantly associated with privatization (p≤0.05), and the privatization of government fiscal incentives to the private sector in sport, there is a significant relationship (p=0.124). The overall findings of the study showed that between privatization and efficiency of the board of directors and heads of sports delegations Mazandaran in the gymnasium, there is a significant relationship.

The purpose of the study was studying the relationship between percepted organizational justice, Psychological Contract Breach and organizational citizenship behavior of physical education teacher Tehran provienc sities. Research method was descriptive- correlation. The statistical population was all of physical education in Tehran province cities (include 1582 peoples). The sample of statistical according to Kerjesi & Morgan sampling table was 314 peoples. The data analysis was accomplished descriptive and infrentional statistic. The instrument was organizational justice (Neihoff & Moorman, 1993), organizational citizenship behaviors (Lee & Allen, 2002) and Psychological contracts breach (Rousseau, 1995), questionnaires. The results were showed the relationship between organizational justice and Psychological contracts breach with organizational citizenship behaviors. Also, organizational justice prospects Psychological contracts breach. The results of regression analysis showed Psychological contracts breach, organizational justice inconsistent 49.86 percent of variation of organizational citizenship behaviors.

Identifying professional standards for physical education teachers (A case study of Urmia city)

The aim of this study is to determine professional standards of urmia's physical education teachers. The applied method for this research is combinational (quantitative and qualitative) and in three levels (library, Delphi and survey). Research population in delphi stage were physical education professors of Urmia University, Farhangian University (Urmia branch) and physical education deputies and experts of Urmia education administrations. In survey level Research population included (311) male and female physical education teachers of Urmia schools. Finally, 285 people were simply randomly chosen as sample. The professional standards using the library studies were designed in 7 standards and 47 components and in Delphi stage were conducted in two stages, a questionnaire of 8 standards and 45 components was authorized after applying the changes and consensus. Also the validity of questionnaire was approved in Delphi stage and the reliability of that in survey level was attained and calculated using 0.94 cronbach's alpha. Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed the good fit for professional standards for physical education teachers in 8 component: management; leadership; learning environment and class atmosphere; supervision, appraisal and feedback; programming; teacher statutory, moral and professional responsibilities; teaching; teacher professional development.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between components of organizational climate and quality of work life in Physical Education of East Azarbaijan Province. The present research is descriptive-correlation one and is performed in a field research method. The statistical population includes managers and staffs at Physical Education agencies and 112 members of this population are selected as sample for this research. The research methods of this study was descriptive , survey and correlation. Organizational climate and quality of work life standard questionnaires were used to test hypotheses. The relationship between organizational climate dimensions ( goals, roles, rewards, methods, relations) hypotheses showed following results. Significant relationship between organizational climate dimensions( goals, roles, rewards, methods, relations) and quality of work life were observed.In addition, the relationship of som individual characteristics with organizational climate and quality of work life were studied.The relationship of some between individual characteristics with organizational climate and quality of work life were significant. overally , findings of this research reveald that there was a relationship between organizational climate and quality of work life of personnels of physical education agencies.

Achievement motivation and self-respect are two important elements for athlete's sport success in the national and international levels. The purpose of this research was comparison of achievement motivation and self-respect between the elite and amateur athletes in Lurestan province which has done with descriptive- survey approach. Statistical population were consisted of all national team members athletes in different sports in Lurestan Province (39 members) as elite athlete and all amateur athletes in different sports (550 athletes). All population of first group (39 members; census) and an equal number for second group (39 athletes; non-probability) were selected as statistical sample (78 samples totally). Two standardized questionnaires for the achievement motivation (P.Gava; α=0/78) and self-respect (Kupersmit; α= 0/83) were used for data gathering. For analyzing the data, in addition to descriptive statistics such as frequency, mean and standard deviation, some inferential statistics tests including Independent Sample t-test were used for comparing variables between two groups. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the achievement motivation and self-respect of elite and amateur athletes (p<0/002, p<0/001). Meanwhile, in the sub-scales of self-respect variable (social, family-related, education) the difference of two groups in social self-respect of athletes was significant (p<0/05). So the results show that the achievement motivation, self-respect, and social self-respect of elite athletes are higher than amateur athletes significantly.
